I have set up free listing, it says I am active but none of my destinations have will show up as free listing. Under my feed it only says "shopping ads" and I have no way to change it to free listing. Even when I try to create a new primary feed, I have no option for free listing. If you have any insight that would help a lot. Thank you
Thanks for detailed video. My products have all identifiers required for enhanced listing as well as website is updated with all policies too. It still shows account is not eligible for enhanced listing. Google support also said that I've done all things required for enhanced listing but they can't say when those will be activated. Strange. Do you have any idea about this?
HI Mayur. Glad to be helpful. Google says that eligibility for enhanced listings, in addition to the requirements, also depends on the "quality of data you provide". To improve it, they recommend connecting to Google Customer Reviews. I think it is not necessary, especially if your store has been running for a while. All of my clients have enhanced free listing without connecting to Google Customer Reviews. if your store is relatively new, perhaps you need to simply wait. Hopefully, it is helpful.
@@AndreyKisselev A layman question. Whenever I search my products on Google shopping, they show my product listings from other platforms but not from my official website. I don't know how this works. If they are not showing my official site, then what's the use of free listing?
@@mohammadlaraib2550 @mohammad laraib Put refund & return policy clearly on website. In my case, it was present on separate page but their team said they want it on footer. So I added link in footer. Apart from this, update all identifiers data on your products as per their guidelines.
Mayur, If a product is sold by several stores, and each store is enrolled in extended free listings, then Google will sort them and show most relevant stores first, just like it's done in organic listings.
Dear sir, Our account is approved for enhanced free listing and not a one error in our account but our products and our brand name do not show in free google shopping tab plz, help us
Still unsure how is this issue will be solved: Performance degradation due to missing IDs [gtin, mpn, brand] I already provided the EAN number to the products by Shopify. Please someone help me. :)

Hi Andrey, Thank you for your video. In my Google Merchant Center, the only destination I have is free listings, I cannot see how to change this/add Shopping ads and can't find the answer anywhere. Can you help?
Hi Audrey, in order to see Shopping ads in the Merchant center, you need 1) to have an active Google Ads account and 2) link Google Merchant center to this Google Ads account (Settings, linked accounts).
Hi Andrey, Thank you! I have both of things done correctly. Google ads account is active and link status in linked account says Active. Could it be anything else? I tried to create a new feed and it also gives me the free listings destination as the only option possible. Thanks!

Try improving your products and/or the feed: optimize titles, descriptions, images, pricing (if possible).

EAN should be as good as GTINs. Make sure you have Brand added as well.
