    Hi Andrey, I have a question. I sell personalized jewelry gifts on my Shopify store that come with a meaningful message card for all occasions only in USA. In this case should I create 1 shopping campaign have multiple ad groups wherein each Ad group is a product category like Ad group 1=Birthday gifts, Ad group 2= Anniversary gifts, Ad Group 3=Graduation Gifts and so on? OR Should I have 3 Seperate shopping campaigns i.e 1 for each product category like 1 for Birthday gifts, 1 for anniversary gifts and 1 for graduation gifts?

      I would start with one campaign, and split it in more campaigns if an ad group gets 30+ conversions

Currently each of my products has 4 different variations per product listing so should I have each variation included as a seperate product in each asset group?

    Hi Andrey, Using campaign structure 1: P.Max Campaign 1: Exclude Brands = cold traffic. P.Max Campaign 2: Does not exclude brand terms = warm traffic. Do you have recommendations regarding budgets.....do you suggest similar budgets for both campaigns? Or does campaign 1 for cold traffic need a larger budget? For companies that do a lot of business in Q4 and current P.Max campaign has good ROAS.....better to wait until next year / Q1 to implement these changes? Or beneficial to make such changes now, even though current P.Max setting up is giving good results?

      You can put equal budget, but campaign 1 should spend more becuase of lower ROAS. Campaign 2 won't use all budget, but this extra buffer will help avoid budget limitations. As for campaigns with good current performance, I would wait with changes until next year.

    Hi Andrey, Thank you for your clear and easy to follow instructions in this video. About 3 months ago I followed your video to create two P.Max Feed only campaigns. Currently I am using the following set up: Products with ROAS x5 and above were tagged as "High Performers" Products with ROAS less than x5 were tagged as "Low Performers" We created the following rules in our feed. Rule 1: If a product ROAS drops below x5 for 30 days it is moved to Low Performers. Rule 2: If a product in the Low Performers campaign ROAS goes above x5 for 7 days, it is moved to the High Performers campaign. Someone just advised me this is not a good process, as every time you move a product from Low Performers to High Performers or High Performers to Low Performers it makes that product start the learning phase again, as it is now in a different campaign. Do you have any advice on best way to segment products for P.Max Feed only campaigns? Thanks 🙂

      Unless the campaign spends tens of thousands per month, this approach will be inefficient with too many changes happening too quickly. I would let all products run for at least three months (to get enough conversion data), then analyze Product ROAS. If there’s no clear difference between buckets of products high and low ROAS (e.g., 3 vs. 6), don’t split them into separate campaigns. When splitting campaigns, remember that a Pmax campaign needs at least 30 conversions per month to be efficient.

      It has been moved. To create it, create an untitled report, and add columns MC-ID, clicks, and cost.

    Hi Andrey, my question is that Is there any particular benefit of running a shopping-only PMAX campaign? Aren’t shopping-only PMAX campaign and Standard shopping campaign technically the same thing? I am just curious at what point one should stop their shopping campaigns and create a shopping-only PMAX campaign as in what are the benefits of it?

      That's a good question @Om-gg5tk. Standard shopping campaiigns offer more granular control in terms of bidding campaign priority level, and more search term insights. They also support advanced features like portfolio bidding and campaign priority levels.

    Hhanks for your videos, they really have valuable content. Two issues: 1) Google evaluates the Campaign as "poor" precisely because it has no assets. Is this okay? 2) Is it correct not to integrate Segnali di Pubblico? Or is it convenient to insert them to drive better?

      Ciao Andrea, 1) Don't pay attention to "poor"; that's OK. 2) I recommend add ing signals to a new campaign to steer it in the right direction faster.

    Thank you Andrey, I just followed your steps. I was able to create a standard shopping campaign and then create an experiment as you advised. Great 🙂 One issue though....when creating a standard shopping campaign I can only select the entire feed of all our products in merchant center. Want I need to do is select the feed > then select custom label 0 > then select high performers (within custom label, we have products tagged as high performers or low performers. If it allowed me to do this.....then I can follow your steps . set up the shopping campaign with p.max experiement > then approve the experiment to get rid of the shopping test and as you described, I would have a P.Max campaign with only a feed and no assets. My idea would be to do this twice, so I end up with P.Max (feed only)- high performers and P.Max (feed only) - low performers. But as it only allows me to select the entire feed ....I can not achieve my intended objective....being P.Max (Feed Only) High performers and P.Max (Feed Only)Low performers. Any advice so that I can select the feed and customer label while setting up the shopping campaign?

    Hi Andrey, Currently we use P.Max as intended by Google and we have 4 separate P.Max campaigns, 1 for each major product type. I am considering trying P.Max Feed only as I do believe focusing on Shopping only will give us better results. I was planning to have P Max (Feed only) x 3 campaigns. High Performers / Mid Performers / Low Performers. My question is, while I am testing this, should I turn off the original P,Max campaigns, otherwise they would be competing against the new P.Max Feed only campaigns / which would drive up costs / reduce effectiveness. Hope you can provide some insight / advice on this.

      Hi @bricktanks2978. Exactly, turn off the original Pmax campaign. Also, consider experimenting with one campaign at a time. I usually start with struggling campaigns while leaving the best performers run untouched. Hope it helps.

As the new P.Max (Feed Only) will now be split in to two....Just high performers and low performers (I dropped the mid performers and will only do High and Low as we don't have a massive catalgogue)....it means to prevent the new Feed only campaigns (High and Low Performers) competing with the original campaigns....I must turn off all original P.Max campaigns (even the good ones) otherwise it will compete with the new P.Max Feed only campaigns otherwise we will have products in original P.Max and same products in new P.Max feed only campaigns....competing against each other.....which makes me nervous as no way to test it without turning off all original P.Max campaigns....hope that makes sense.

      @bricktanks2978 Correct, there's no way to add a new campaign without touching the original campaign AND without competition. I would then move the low-performing products into their own campaign. If they bring 30 or more conv/month, put them in a feed-only Pmax. If less, put them in a standard shopping campaign with manual bidding.

      Then I would think of consolidating the remaining original Pmax campaigns, especially if they bring less than 50 conv/month each. If that approach is not clear, I’d be happy to jump on a quick call to clarify.

      @@AndreyKisselev thanks for all your replies. I tried yesterday to create the campaign....following your advice, asset group 1 with all required assets. Asset group 2 "Feed Only" and select the feed and desired products.....but it wouldn't allow me to save the 2nd asset group without Headlines, Descriptions etc. Started a fresh again today to give it another go....same issue. Then seeing the other comments, I tried to do it via Google Ads Editor. First time using Google Ads Editor....I have always managed my campaigns directly from Google Ads. In Google Ads editor I was able to create the P.Max campaign.....but not get to the point of creating asset groups. So I synced that campaign from Google Ads Editor to Google Ads, then went through the same process of creating assets groups.....but it still does not allow me to save any asset group without assets. So currently stuck but still keen to try a P.Max feed only campaign.

    Hi! I know we're strangers on the internet and I dont know everything. However, ive been a social media specialist for 1 year or two now. Can I respectfully make one suggestion for your youtube videos? The content is excellent, I want to see you get more views!!! - Overall, you do everything well with youtube. My only suggestion is to work on your thumbnail. The biggest difference I see from your thumbail and the thumbnails of men who are getting more clicks on their video is that you look serious in your thumbnail. As a viewer, it doesn't make me want to click. However, im glad I did, because you're speaking truth and your info was super helpful!! - So, I highly suggest working on creating a thumbnail that will capture viewers attention. If you want to reach more people, exaggerate your facial expressions for the thumbnail. - Most men look obviously confused, excited, or dumbfounded in their thumbnail. I personally would feel awkward, but if I know it will get me more clicks, im going to do it! - Im only saying this not knowing anything about your business or brand, or knowing your social media strategy/goals, and my intentions arent to hurt or cause problems but to help if I can.       Google Ads still says: Enhanced conversions Check your diagnostics regularly to make sure you're correctly and accurately measuring eligible conversions. Needs attention Your enhanced conversions setup is active, but there are issues that require your attention. Learn more about enhanced conversions These issues affect the selected conversion. Other eligible conversions may also be impacted. Implement in-page code in addition to Automatic for better results

      The "Needs Attention" message is usually a temporary status that indicates Google Ads is still verifying your enhanced conversion setup and collecting enough data to optimize your campaigns effectively. This can take a few weeks. If the issue persists, i recommend reach out to google support.

      I took me several days, but you can expect it to take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks, depending on the complexity of your setup and the accuracy of your initial implementation.

    hey, I used to use this method a lot, it was very effective for my online store. Today I tried to create new ads (Pmax feed only, by duplicating old campaigns as I always did) and it didn't work... Google keeps requesting to add assets. Did anything change in the past couple of weeks? Thanks!

      Instead of creating a new asset group, try copying the existing asset group and removing all assets. See ruclips.net/video/pmBwSZVu1cU/видео.html

    May i know how long its take for google change the shipping services? its shows an error when i check on product "Regional attributes preview" ->"An error occurred while calculating shipping and tax rates. Try again."

    It's not tracking revenue for me. Even when running a test purchase using GTM preview, I can see e-commerce revenue and transaction ID, everything.
