People mean well when they say hang in there, things will get better. For people with depression and anxiety it's not something we can just "get over". The only people who can really understand what you are going through are those who live with it also. I am asking you James to take the step to reach out to those who have been trained to diagnose and treat the problem. Maybe you need medication. Maybe you need therapy, maybe both. I can assure you though that you should not go it alone. There are answers for you James. It's not an easy process but it is well worth it. That's the only reason I'm still here. The journey and the work it takes to get where you would like to be will be frustrating and difficult. Reaching out is difficult. Taking that first step is probably the most difficult. The cost can be ridiculous. I assure you though that there are answers and there are ways to get it done. The first step is getting a diagnosis and then you go to the next step. There is no need to suffer to the extent that millions do. Asking for help is not a sign of weakness. It takes a lot of strength to reach out. Please do so. You have my email. Talk to me.
