I actually like the low-light video. It's like we're having a SUPER SECRET, urgent meeting to get the down low on a great sale! 😂😂😂 Enjoy them all. Merry Christmas!
Ooh Memo.. I, too, started using my walls as vertical space. And hooks on the ceilings to also hang plants from. We live in our own little jungles, and I wouldn't have it any other way. 😂
One of the better unboxings! Bonus points for the like minded “I really like them, and can mostly afford them, so I really should get them” mentality that so many of us Greeks share! While the English/American in me should scold you, the Greek in me is just so happy that you did something that made you so happy! Haha!!!
😂You have unboxings & I seem to be having “box hidings” due to no self control lately! Do love the warmth of your plants behind you! I don’t think we have seen them in this light 💡 yet. It just lends a soft, calm mood. Thanks for the video!
I love your new begonia . It reminds me of my philodendron tortum! Memo , you bring me such joy and knowledge ! I think you are lovely , smart , and a good person . Merry Christmas to you !❤❤❤
The 7.99 one I know as a pickle plant and had one for a while. I've had to cut it as it gets so tall but doesn't fill out. I love the lighting its magical and so pretty and I think show cases the plants so well And yes grow tropicals and your self is a bad influence. I have to ignore the emails hehe And this kind of thing makes me feel better. I needed yes needed wanted let's face it one warhammer set and found one cheaper on ebay. Ended up with 3. In my defence I don't have one. But still thanks hehe Have fun
I have a young Summer Glory and I love it. I think this is one highly underrated Ph. Such a beautiful plant! Can't wait for your first review of it next year.😊
Hi friend! I'm not sure I'd trust a "last unboxing of the year" video on newyears eve at this point! 😂 that begonia is going straight to the wishlist though! It looks so fun!
Not for black friday, but for cyber week I order 4 new plants 😆 ( technically I have 8 new plants 🫣, 2 of each to have bigger plants), a big risk to have an other one until the end of the year 😆💛 In Canada with winter, temperature, snow, etc, I had heat packs and foil, isolation in material, to protect the plants, some company are amazing with shipping. Very nice video Memo, I can’t wait to see your plants grow. 💛☀️
Relatable, I just ordered some plants that were on sale black friday. That week I had self control, this week not. Nice plants in your order. I have the senecio, it grows pretty long in my window sill ( not etoliated though ). I also have the begonia, it is standing in a paludarium with some dart frogs
I really love my Summer Glory. She suffers in the winter but during the summer she lives on the edge of my back porch. Here in Texas it is hot and humid, up to 107F. She gets some actual full sun for about an hour. She grows really quickly and is trying to crawl but not aggressively. I gave her a pole as support and it seems to be working well. I’ve had her about a year and a half. Very thirsty plant and once I gave her enough water and uppotted her she has done very well. Enjoy.
I have a massive Macaullley's finale in my garden that flowered for months last summer(Australia) and it's self heading. Now I hope my gloriosum flowers! That summer glory looks amazing! And i have that 'purple' tradescantia in my garden also. Grows larger than the others and strikes easily in my climate. I shove broken off bits back in the garden and it just grows like a weed.
Ohhh dear Memo 😂 I don't order in the winter because shipping to the IoW is too dependent on ferries and weather. I've lost whole shipments sat in freezing warehouses in Portsmouth or Southampton for days on end so I've learned my lesson. Well at least I can live vicariously through you 😁 I did laugh about saving card data... I deliberately don't ever do that, I need to make it harder for myself 😅
Ooh! I need your advice (or that of others who grow in wall baskets or on wall planks.) I'm considering getting an Anthurium sp Morona and mounting it. Is this a terrible idea? Should I go safe and put it in no drainage with reservoir and chunky aroid mix? It'll have bright indirect light and about 70% humidity with warmer days and cooler nights (68° - 72°). I chickened out on the gracilis but I adore the ruffly morona leaves and think they'd be gorgeous cascading from the wall. Your help is deeply appreciated! 💚
Oh, I love the sound of that setup! 🌿 I think mounting could work beautifully for your Anthurium with those conditions. Let’s see what others recommend too! 💡💚
i call my begonia bipinnatifida "bipi " as my nephew loves blippy so it felt right haha, and it's so cute i have him in a diy self watering pot and i have like 60-75% humidity in my room (until he can go outside for spring summer [and fall for me too since i'm in Florida and get like 2 months of "cold"]) and he's doubled in size in 2 months i have noticed he's done better in the pinky/warm grow light vs my sansi grow lights which are super bright
I found a 2" stapeliiformis at a local greenhouse several years ago. It grew very quickly and the roots were as chunky as the foliage. One of my more unique plants. I believe a common name is "pickle plant".......
3:33 "I've got no self-control" Hahaha! Oh Yes I understand that. DrunkMe is NO longer allowed to buy plants. *Especially during those months that contain sNOw!
@Houseplantygoodness she is really cute hehe ^.^ I wasnt sure myself because I've seen them all upright. In RUclips videos and in person at nurseries. They all seem to have a self heading growth in fact. Which appeals to me more. Let's be real here poles can be a handful and sometimes I'd just rather not get another climber :/ I've had her since a lil baby off the mother plant and shes been growing upright until this past summer into fall. Shes gotten bigger her leaves are now the size of my pointer and middle finger together (I'm 5 feet tall) but she indeed has started to crawl. She has this one massive aerial that dug in and is continuing the pattern. I'm honestly not minding because it really is a gorgeous plant. Proper care and itll be magical. I hope it brings you much happiness as mine does me
@@Houseplantygoodness I've been thinking while walking my dogs. Since this is a hybrid of Gloriousum and McCollum's Finale it makes sense that it's a crawler, because McColley's is not an aggressive climber like some others true climbers, and it will grow completely fine and upright without any support. It would probably grab onto something if it gets a chance, but doesn't really need to.
Hello Memo, happy holidays! You are not alone when it comes to plants. I keep ordering some plants despite the cold weather here in the USA. Self control who? What is that? YOLO 🪴😎🤣
I actually like the low-light video. It's like we're having a SUPER SECRET, urgent meeting to get the down low on a great sale! 😂😂😂 Enjoy them all. Merry Christmas!
Haha, I love that vibe-secret plant meetings are the best kind of meetings! 🌿🤫 thanks you too I hope you have a very Merry Christmas 🎄
Ooh Memo.. I, too, started using my walls as vertical space. And hooks on the ceilings to also hang plants from. We live in our own little jungles, and I wouldn't have it any other way. 😂
Yes, vertical jungles for the win! 🌿✨ It’s such a game-changer. Jungle living really is the best kind of living! 😂
One of the better unboxings! Bonus points for the like minded “I really like them, and can mostly afford them, so I really should get them” mentality that so many of us Greeks share! While the English/American in me should scold you, the Greek in me is just so happy that you did something that made you so happy! Haha!!!
Haha, plant lovers unite! 🌿🇬🇷 Thanks for the love-I’m so glad the Greek in you understands! ❤️✨
Summer Glory is beautiful and a crawler.
It seems everyone is in agreement, thanks for letting me know! 🌿 Can’t wait to watch mine do its thing-it’s such a special plant!
You deserve a Christmas gift, too! And we should have Christmas every month. Merry Christmas!

Haha, right? Mind blown! 😂 Thanks so much-I’m glad you enjoyed the haul! 🌿✨
This was a fun one 😊
I’m so glad you enjoyed it! 😊 Unboxings are always a blast to share! 🌱✨
😂You have unboxings & I seem to be having “box hidings” due to no self control lately! Do love the warmth of your plants behind you! I don’t think we have seen them in this light 💡 yet. It just lends a soft, calm mood. Thanks for the video!
Haha, “box hidings” is so relatable! 😅 Thank you for noticing the warm vibes in the video too! 🌱✨
Thankyou for this, was so depressed, your unboxing was like happy medicine 🌱
Your comment made my day! 🌿 I’m so happy the video could brighten yours-plants really are the best medicine! 💚
I love your new begonia . It reminds me of my philodendron tortum!
Memo , you bring me such joy and knowledge ! I think you are lovely , smart , and a good person . Merry Christmas to you !❤❤❤
Thank you so much for your kind words, Sam! 🥰💚 The Begonia and Tortum are both stunners! Merry Christmas to you too! 🎄✨

"Pickle plant" is such a fun name! 🥒🌱 Thanks so much for the lighting love-it really shows off the plants, right? ✨
The ‘Summer Glory’ is definitely a crawler! Very rewarding plant though
Oh wonderful! I’m saving this video for tomorrow morning with my coffee. Can’t wait to see what you got!
I do that too.
☕ That sounds like the perfect way to enjoy the video! Can’t wait to hear your thoughts! 🌱✨
@ Great video, I love unboxings as I can get a dopamine rush without buying the plants 😅 gorgeous plants, some great choices there!
You are wonderful 😊
Aww, thank you! 💚 You’re so kind-this comment made me smile! 😊
Looking into GrowTrop......nice things!LOL. Winter here so not trusting shipping till late spring. Thanks Nemo for beauty.
GrowTropicals is awesome! 🌱 Totally get the winter shipping worry-it’s always a gamble. Stay cozy until spring! ❄️✨
Haha. I needed a couple of plants..... I bought 9! Love it!
Haha, right? 9 is the new “couple”! 😂 I'm sure the math is mathing somehow! 🌿💚
You're adorable, enjoy your new planties 😀
Thank you so much! 🥰 I’ll be spoiling my plants for sure! 🌱💚
I never dreamt that you would be doing an unboxing at this time of the year 😲 Habe a wonderful Christmas 🎄🎅😀🇨🇦
Surprise! 😂 Plants just couldn’t wait. Wishing you a Merry Christmas too! 🎄✨
I have a Senecio Stapeliiformis and it's growing so over like snake! It is a very groovy jungle plant. I have it in Pafcal in a self-watering pot. 💚
That sounds so cool! 🌵🐍 The groovy jungle vibes are unmatched-Pafcal seems like a great setup too! 💚
I have a young Summer Glory and I love it. I think this is one highly underrated Ph. Such a beautiful plant! Can't wait for your first review of it next year.😊
Completely agree-it’s such a gem! 🌿 I can’t wait to see how mine grows and review it next year! 😊✨
Hi friend! I'm not sure I'd trust a "last unboxing of the year" video on newyears eve at this point! 😂 that begonia is going straight to the wishlist though! It looks so fun!
Haha, fair point! 😂 Who knows, maybe another “last unboxing” will sneak in! Glad you loved the Begonia! 🌿✨
This was a fun surprise. 😊❤
I’m so glad you enjoyed it! 😊 Surprises like these are the best part of plant hauls! 🌿❤️
Happy holidays to you and your plants!

You’re so welcome! 😊 Thanks for watching and supporting and thank you for the tip you are awesome!!! 🌿💚
"We'll be fine and penniless together"😂🤣 I'm still waiting for 1 of 2 black Friday orders I made.
😂 Right? At least we’ll have our beautiful plants to keep us company! 🌿 Hang in there for those orders-they’re worth it!
I have a summer glory and I love it ,it is a crawler ❤
It’s such a beauty, isn’t it? I’m so excited to watch mine grow and crawl too! ❤️🌿

Wow, 8 plants total-amazing haul! 🪴👏 Glad to hear you’ve got winter shipping covered. Can’t wait to share my plant updates with you! 💛
Think you are worse than me 🤣🤣🤣 love the different plants you got especially the senecio

Black Friday sales are too tempting! 😂 Your setup sounds amazing-dart frogs and begonias must look magical together! 🌿🐸
Great video. So much fun

Thank you! 💚 I hope it thrives-it’s such a beauty! Fingers crossed for easy root care! 🌿✨

So it's a crawler then, thanks for sharing! 🌿 I can’t wait to see mine stretch out and grow!
My summer glory crawls
I buy from GT regularly.. and am always pleased with their great quality
Same here! GT always delivers such healthy, beautiful plants. 🌿✨
i call my begonia bipinnatifida "bipi " as my nephew loves blippy so it felt right haha, and it's so cute i have him in a diy self watering pot and i have like 60-75% humidity in my room (until he can go outside for spring summer [and fall for me too since i'm in Florida and get like 2 months of "cold"]) and he's doubled in size in 2 months

Bipi” is such a cute name! 🥰🌱 Your setup sounds perfect-happy growing!
Extra cool earring! Is it an amber?
Thank you! 🧡 Great eye, yes it is amber! 🌞
22:16 Will you be showing us how to mount our orchids on those fancy printed orchid holder thingys? Please?
I found a 2" stapeliiformis at a local greenhouse several years ago. It grew very quickly and the roots were as chunky as the foliage. One of my more unique plants. I believe a common name is "pickle plant".......
🎶I did it again🎶 you’re not alone I’m throwing my money because I need more plants which my house is a Jungle 🙄✊🏻
Haha, we’re in this jungle life together! 🌴🎶 Let’s just say it’s “plant therapy”! 😂
3:33 "I've got no self-control" Hahaha! Oh Yes I understand that. DrunkMe is NO longer allowed to buy plants. *Especially during those months that contain sNOw!
I have a baby summer glory, shes crawling :3
Aww, baby plants are the cutest! 🌿💚 I hope yours grows beautifully! Thanks for the heads up 🙌🙌

i'm sure you could contact them and let them know you didn't get the freebie.
Good idea! I’ll definitely reach out. Thanks for looking out! 🌱💚
😂😂😂😂❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Your enthusiasm says it all! 😂❤️ Thank you so much for the love!
Great video and plants, but the pronunciation of the Latin names was regrettable.
I'v always been told; any crawling Philo crossed with a climbing Philo will b a climber.
🤎❣
Yes, that's what I've learned as well, climbing parent for some reason being a dominant one. Who knows there may be exceptions to this rule, idk.
That’s so interesting! 🌿 I’ll definitely watch how mine grows-thanks for sharing!

I have had a Summer Glory for a little more than 2 years now and it is a crawler. Mine is now in a long rectangular pot. 🪴
Sounds like yours is thriving! 🌿 I’ll definitely keep that rectangular pot tip in mind-thank you! 💚
Hello Memo, happy holidays! You are not alone when it comes to plants. I keep ordering some plants despite the cold weather here in the USA. Self control who? What is that? YOLO 🪴😎🤣
Happy holidays to you too! 🎄🌱 Self-control? Never heard of her! 😂 YOLO indeed! 💚
