- In this video I'll be making a tutorial and giving you some tips to make a better level on the game called geometry dash, for mobile and pc players
I mostly use glow style to build my maps, so yea lol

Ye decoration makes it harder to see infact in a extreme demon named reanimate i can get 11% on the layout version and i cant do that on the decorated versionthe closest i got was 10% but i have like less then a 1% chance of doing it again

Summarizing this video
1. Chose a good song
2. If your bad at gameplay, make your level simple
3. Use move triggers
3.5: Move triggers can be somewhat good for your level by just making parts go up and down
4. Add lots of move triggers
5. For background, the creator of the level used low opacity parts that slowly move to the left
1. First make the structure's outline
2. To make your structures look good, you need have them conherent
3. Change the colors of your level
4. A good way to distribute colors is to mix them really well
5: This is just what the video creator does but make your objects look similar to each other
6: Another thing the video creator prefers is to make ground spikes behind the objects and stuff
6.5: Ground spikes shouldn't be too detailed
7: Adding glow helps the level look better, as always
[Chapter 2.5: Air decor]
1. Arrows are good air decoration, pointing the player on where they should go
2. Make the air decor as attractive as you can, make them noticeable
3. Make it clear, consistent, and don't make it too bright or it makes your level look messy

If you're bad at making levels, then I'm bad at making levels. However, you did help me learn a couple of things. Things like, don't mindlessly place blocks. Instead, build structures with lines. Which, ironically, makes this sentence funny if you compare it to a different game
Am kinda good at creating gameplay but I was I was lacking designs. This could help me with the design i want. Thanks for sharing

Yes pls, I'm currently making a lvl in the layout stage, and the gameplay is about 50% complete, and air deco to me is one of my favorite aspects of a lvl. Some of my favorite lvls are my favorite because of how they look in the background and in the air.

HOLY CRAP THIS GUY INTRODUCED ME TO GD 7 MONTHS AGO
A good tip is: you don't have to make an extraordinary design, you just need to put some thought into it
like in B, there isn't that much design yet it's extremely popular
Tip 2: build on your own skill level
An example of this is that you have harder skill and want to make an extreme demon, that would be bad play testing it and you might not even be able to verify it

Okay, I think i got it now, just make a block design. make more SIMILAR block designs. make lights go BRRRR. glow, just glow. Really simple ground spikes. and make everything move to the point that I start questioning if i'm sober.
