I used to not like Mike but lately I’ve realized he’s a Beach Boy and he did his contributions by his vocals so I’ll give him credit on that. His personality may not be the best but it’s complicated being in a band especially when it is with family
Huh, so many Beach Boys songs I've never heard. If it isn't on Endless Summer, it's new to me. Nice to hear a song outside the bubblegum style I associate with the Beach Boys
I think this is the first video I've ever seen of Carl playing drums. Those guys were so talented.
Dennis used to snatch Mike Love's hat off his head when they played live
Always so interesting to see Carl play the drums. This was the B side of the " Breakaway" single, and i wore it out from playing it so much. jhp
I love this song by my idol Dennis Wilson
All heroes, no villains.
:-)
Mike is the villain
@@SlickNickVids - Not to me. All nine of The Boys are heroes to me!
🙂

@@Beatlesfan1993 - Good on you for liking Mike. 🙂
@@SlickNickVidsI love stereotypes.
Dennis Wilson was a great songwriter; wish he kept making music
I love this son at the point when Denny sings' there's been a change" and indded there is time signature 'change' at the moment. jhp
Always loved this song! 👍
Is there anything Carl couldn't do? What a guy.
Did Al not get the memo on the white shirts? Dammit Al, this is why Brian didn't give you more leads
LMAO 🤣🤣🤣
Dennis is up in front singing. Is Carl in the back drumming?
I was wondering that. I reckon so.
Yes, he is.
Brian was missed in this era. Without him they are merely quite good.
A bit surreal almost. Weird, wonderful. Wondering how many lost tapes there are from this BB period.
Hundreds

Check out the Friends, Sunflower, 20/20, Surf's Up, and Holland albums. Lots of great stuff from the 1968-1973 Brother Records era.
@scottgeshen The video is remastered to be a closer shot that's what I meant.
I wouldn't call it "remastered"--Mike and Dennis are singing live to the recording...
remastered? ... reminds me of one of those shred vids
Awesome video! If you get a sec you should check out one of ours! Hope you dig it!
