Nice demo Mike. One suggestion I would like to make. When you are up to "Losing the numbers", I have found it effective to refrain from using the word "number" after the first instructions on what to do at this stem. Instead of that word, I suggest using "them" or "they", thus not recluing the client. Are "they" gone? "they" fade, when I drop your arm, the remainer of "them" will be gone. I often see descriptions of the Elman Induction involving an eye fixation before the subject is told to close their eyes. I notice you don't do the eye fixation. Is there a specific reason for that?
mushinbujin Chris replying here - there is no eye fixation aspect of the Elman induction. What you're seeing here is just one of the hundreds of horribly poor demonstrations that exist on the Internet. My best guess is someone who does not understand fractionation figured it was an eye fixation process. It isn't.
