[cc] Ride along with some Texas game wardens by air, land and water as they work to protect Texas' natural resources. For more on Texas game wardens, visit www.tpwd.state.tx.us/warden/
best thing any state resident can do is get to know an become friends to a game warden as they will still ask you for licenses but its mostly good to know them personally in case you need one or to report a hunter breaking laws an also if have questions for a warden there job is to uphold our constitution an protect wild life also stop poachers
There are permits available if you ask your local game warden. They will assist you with nuisance wildlife and develop a strategy to remove the animal. Size and bag limits are in place in order to conserve our wildlife. If they let everyone keep fish that were just a half inch short of the regulation we would have much fewer fish.
@TheSonoitaarizona yes, you need a BA or BS. There's some other pre-requisites, but you can google Texas game warden, and find their website and find the list.
A Game Warden is an example of a real Cop because he has the same arrest powers as an patrolman. Let's just say that they have more right-of-way than Correctional Officers (which is different offshoot of Law Enforcement).
how often do you call people names can they change their mind to your way of thinking, as a street preacher for 29 years, I forgive you but the truth is the truth. keep safe in your world. and watch my video best Game warden in Nebraska
they protect critters, but pay nothing if state game (wild life) destroy private property or livestock and pets reminds me of a game warden that threatened the public not not to kill alligators at the same time that area had a child murdered by an aligator. or the 9 year old who caught a fish 1/2 inche to short and fined $300. I got a lot of stories I hear as a street preacher.
Literally going to college to become one of these guys. Can’t join without a BS, makes it worth the grind
