Twilight’s pupils returning to normal and her hello made me SOB. That little glimpse is the Princess Twilight we all know, who was the hero of the story we followed, who had so much love, returned.
And though it may take some time for her to fully turn back, from her bat ears and wings still showing at the end of the animatic, they will in due time. Perhaps as she refinds herself through the friendship that she embodies, with her newfound friends. 💸🦇
I think twilight, finally realized that the new mane 6 are just like her friends. That what made her change back, because she finally realized her friends are still with her, but with the new mane 6 of the personality.
This is a way more interesting than whats happening in the comics, cause you have sunny meeting her hero and seeing the reality of everything with Twilight's decision and how much twilight being developed as a character after all this time. To me having another random unicorn we have never heard of or seen before just show up and ruin everything has been done before multiple times in the show that they heavily relied on it as a crutch. Now having Discord being a result of the mysterious unicorn because he's in grief of Fluttershy is not bad however it does make you question how everything really happened once it gets revealed in either the comics or the series cause Discord is an all powerful gold-like draconequus that could easily solved the problem my using his powers before any of this could happen. Or something even worse of a situation, they could pull some sort of sad back story with this unicorn character after they get defeated by the new group and Sunny forgives them because everyone deserves friendship and a second chance when literally a the character sprout had no proper conclusion by the end of the movie for endangering characters lives. (Seriously where is he? Did he run away because he was embarrassed of what he did, did he stay with his mom in hiding from the consequence of his actions, or maybe something stupid like he meets the mysterious unicorn lady and they both team up to destroy sunny and friends because he's that petty.) Sorry if this comment feels too long, I just wanted to say my frustrations cause the story aka the writers want you the audience to CARE about the situation and how the characters get affected. And messing with the audience's trust in the story affects how much their willing to stretch everyone Suspension of disbelief. Still a great AU, loved watching the animatics that came out! I hope you improve in the future and finally achieve in your endeavors.
Yeah Understandable, I want to like the new generation of Characters. It just sucks that they went this Rout and I'm too scared to watch the new episodes 😫 Like Damb! All her Hard Work Comes to Dust, why not see the future Improve instead and see what type of problems the new Generation Face and how their Friendship from different species interact with each other.

Would have loved if Twilight became the antagonist not so much the villain just somebody who's lost their way and doesn't want to cause harm but in her Endeavors end up causing more harm there is a difference
i never got into mlp but regardless this was wonderful, you put together a really cool au and this animatic even got some tears from me despite not knowing much about the og story!
