bruh you went to a cementery to catch ghastly and its evolutions? those are the only ghost types back then in gen 1

I legitimately cry every time I watch this. There’s just something so awesome about people coming together like that and being excited and united that gets my blood rushing. Like, in my nostalgic childhood mind, this shit looks like utopia if it were real, and I can’t help but get emotional over that idea.

Man, this game was so hype, even though the experiance is barely what the trailer made it out to be( as expected) it was so fun. To bad it’s not summer 2016. Niantic just can’t give up the ghost
The real problem is Niantic is too lazy to go out and scan the world themselves to make something like this trailer a reality. They try to force players to be free labor and scan areas for them ingame. If they made a conscious effort to actually make progress with their "cutting edge" AR technology Pokemon GO could be breathtaking
@@IanColquittmost of POGO player doesnt care about AR thing, the only pogo player who care about AR is AR+ user, which is why not many complain about AR like buddy idle animation who is no longer in the game

I find myself coming back to this all the time wishing the game would have been like the console just in real life
As a more recent player of pogo (Johto tour 2022, but I did play a tiny bit in 2016 and other years), I've been saying this entire time that true AR would revolutionize the game. Now discovering this original trailer, I truly see what pokemon go (or a new version of it) could become.
If there's ever a version released using AR glasses or similar technology that plays how this trailer does... it will be the most popular game ever. No contest.
This is the only game I'm looking forward to in 2016

When technology gets advanced enough to have AR glasses that can run games we NEED a Pokémon Go 2 like the one we saw in this trailer because let’s be honest the final game looms nothing like the trailer
So sad y couldn't it be like this like we had ar battles thos could have been a great game if it wasnt for all the candy's and just. Had npcs. Real Poke stops and. Heal stations. Ar battles agian. And had to hunt fine ur pokemon so trading would mean somthing. Had the pokemon were they should be. Amd battle to rase ur pokemon lvl up vs. The stupied candys

Si Pokemon Go hubiera sido como lo que mostró este trailer hubiera sido un éxito. Tardaron mucho en implementar los intercambios, los combates, la masterball y los eventos en grupo contra legendarios.
