Number 6 has been so helpful to my life - after I watched this video I made it a regular practice now to go for a hike alone once a month. I’ve got a video talking about how it’s helped me if you wanna watch Connor :)

My man! I wanted to take the time to thank you! I’m in my early 30’s, and your book has changed my life for the better. I was down on myself, quit my job, and I wasn’t feeling fulfilled. Your book stood out like a sore thumb, so I picked it up and read it. I finally feel like I have control of my life. Your book jump started my current trajectory of self improvement! Thank you!

Awesome vid, Connor. As I’m approaching 29 I am really grateful to have learned most of these lessons you have mentioned here. I found the first one you mentioned, discipline is not punishment, to be eye opening.
The next step for me is being able to open up to have some of those harder conversations with the men in my corner.
    Keep up your great work.

Then she will latch on, try to deconstruct each of these, and divorce fleece you. The reward for your discipline.

Just want to drop in and say you're really helping me during a rough patch I'm going through as I approach 30. Youre very articulate positive male role model that so many of us need right now. Thanks and keep it up.

While I don’t disagree with much of what you’re saying, my biggest issue with conversations around men’s issues is the lack of mention of compassion. Many of the negative psychological states experienced by men today are rooted in a self-absorbed attitude that makes them bitter and resentful. Developing a sense of compassion and empathy for others is the number one way to become more socially attractive and feel more fulfilled.
In other words “to be interesting, be interested”

Hi Conor, could you talk about the moment/event(s) that made you turn your life around from those bad habits? From the context of this video, It sounds like it must have happened in your late 20's.

Don't think about that, just turn them around now 😉 you'll definitely feel better in a year from now, and that's all that counts :)

At 40 something you should have figured that everything has to come in balance. so quitting porn and weed is not a solid advice imo. regulate comsumation and youre good to go. that said cognitive input to your children is way inferior to just show them by living true to yourself

I have a Only fans agency but I don't find the work rewarding, I know its a fantastic way to make money but I find other work more fulfilling.
