Personally - I would skip Witcher 3, FF7 and TOTK. I hated BOTW as I'm not much on directionless open world so I didn't bother with TOTK. Both FF 7 and Witcher 3 I played a few hours of but got bored quickly. All the others you listed I thoroughly enjoyed.
