ABOUT PIRATE OF MIAMI BEACH:
Hello, I am the Pirate that metal detects Florida for treasures. Most of my time is spent ocean detecting and beach detecting. I will venture off metal detecting and treasure hunting uncharted territory when I hear the call. I will make metal detecting videos as often as the weather permits. Metal detecting underwater, metal detecting beaches will be 90% of my videos. My metal detecting finds are gold, silver, platinum, diamonds, jewelry and coins.
Here in Florida we have this special beach called South Beach. It is located in Miami Beach, Florida. I would say this is the most popular beach in the world if not for the United States. Since 2010 I have been metal detecting Miami Beach.
My metal detecting machines include my Whites Surfmaster PI metal detector. Then my Minelab Manticore metal detector. The scoop I currently use is a CKG titanium scoop with a carbon fiber shaft.
My future metal detecting videos will start to include tips for beginners. I will start to review some products that I buy. Best metal detector for gold and best metal detector finds. Also I will be cleaning and polishing some of the treasure finds

Fun video... Those darned phantom targets...
Since I have been using my Manticore in the water the phantom targets are worse. The current pulls those little pieces of can slaw away real easy.

Like the new camera and your ability to incorporate all the added scenery shots while detecting. Most detectorist only focus on their holes and occasional scenic shots.😊 I might have to make an exception next visit to Fla. Beaches and hitMiami beach and south beach. I usually start at Daytona and only go as far down as Vero Beach, alias Treasure Beach. And I usually lik to time it after big storms .Anyway fun hunt, keep that camera rolling!!😊😊

You are more likely missing targets due to your swinging the detector in the shape of a Z. I’m looking to pick another detector this month. Currently using the MineLabs ExCalibur 2. Needing a detector for land based. Maybe the Equinox 900 or Nokta Legend 1.2 pro version. Happy hunting from Fort Lauderdale Florida.

I really like my Minelab Manticore and it's even better after cutting down the coil to reduce weight.
Lots of good looking fakes that get your heart beating! A zing the number of people on those beaches!

Great realistic finds video!!! I find so much fake gold jewelry that it drives me nuts!!! 1 out of 20 may be real if your lucky!!! CHINA CRAP! I did find an expensive 18k Louis Vuitton bracelet last week and was shocked it was real!! Gotta keep swinging!! Good Luck! 👍👍👍
