I've learned a lot watching your videos. Just finished binge watching all of them. The most important thing I learned is, DON'T WEAR OR TAKE ANYTHING TO THE BEACH THAT YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE!!
Shawn, I sure hope the guy appreciated the effort that you put into finding his ring. Great job in really rough waves. Well done. It is good to see you are still helping folks who would really have no hope in finding their jewelry on their own.
Thank you! He seemed very happy to have his ring back! I think I was a lot more surprised than he was that I found it! 3 weeks is a long time for a ring to be out there and not dig itself deep down into the sand!
I think you should charge a finders fee - While it is satisfying to help people, and the people are grateful, you put time and effort into your endeavor; and, some of those detectors are pricey!
You should always donate him a confidentiality amount of money to him for searching of your treasured piece of jewelry that he found for you. Without his assistance, you may never have gotten it back.
You are an awesome person for finding that ring for him. Getting pounded by the waves and sucking water up your nose I'm positive he appreciated it. Someone in the comments said he acted not very appreciative but I thought he was very much so. Stay safe, blessings to you, cheers. 😊
What a great dude he is. I’m blaming him for me having absolutely no motivation today as I’ve watched at least 3 hours of his videos when I should have been cleaning and doing laundry but it was worth it. GREAT VIDEOS!!
I love watching your wholesome videos and hearing the waves and people in the background…very soothing. And I admire you for helping so many find their lost treasures. God bless you.
That was the coolest video…ever!! Sean is a super cool and laid back guy! I love that the only renumeration he wants is getting back their lost memory to give them a smile on their face. Isn’t that the way to be?! I love it!
Free not a word you hear often. Bless your heart. Your the perfect example our young people need today. Doing it because it makes everyone happy. I normally dont subscribe to things, But seeing what you have done for people, Well your an inspiration.
Hi My husband are watching your videos and blessed your hear to make people happy without being paid We are going to Florida in 2 weeks and I would like that my husband spend some time watching you because he wants to buy a metal detector like yours and I’m sure he would have a lot of questions to ask you Thanks
Here is a fun story about military equipment in the water. On February 5, 1958, during a night practice exercise, a United States Air Force F-86 fighter plane collided with a B-47 bomber carrying a 7,600-pound Mark 15 nuclear bomb. The bomb was lost in the waters off Tybee Island, near Savannah, Georgia. The nuclear warhead has never been found. The hopes are it has sunk really deep in the sand so if it goes off it will not cause too much damage.
Incredible! Once again, you are amazing! What a gorgeous ring! He seemed very grateful that you found it and I am grateful for you too! What you do is something to be very proud of! And finding those .50 caliber bullets is really cool too! Fantastic video, thank you! 💎😊🌊
Shawn...that was so neat! You made that man's day. I've wanted a metal detector for ages and was just gifted one for our 8th anniversary. I can't wait to learn how to use it and start the adventure of finding 'buried treasures!' 😊
I ALWAYS look for your videos first - and I am subscribed to over 200 channels. You are providing an amazing service to people, and you are definitely a noble person. Well done!
What another great video!! You made that guys day by finding his ring. Great job as always. I also loved the history lesson about the .50 caliber bullets. Keep the videos coming.
I came across your channel by accident last week. I am hooked! I can watch you dig and detect all day. It is awesome that you do recovery of such sentimental items for strangers. A life of service is a life well lived. I’m looking for my first detector now thanks to your channel. I’m interested in historical digs and learning the history in my area of Florida. Perhaps we’ll see you on the beach someday. Until then, Thanks for the great content and keep up the good work!
Shawn great job. I get so excited when you find your target. But I love the shells and wish could reach through the screen and pull them out of the scoop. 😂
Shawn, you’re a hero to so many! I can’t imagine losing my wedding rings. The things you do are amazing! I watch all of your videos and I’m hoping for a lot more. God bless you Shawn. ❤🙏🏼❤️
Hi Shawn, I hope you had a wonderful Memorial Day Weekend. Do you have a PO Box or an address where I may mail you something? I think it’ll make smile or hopefully laugh. I love watching your videos so much and your kindness.
A lot of the 50 cal bullets and casings found along FL Gulf beaches have been pumped in from miles out in the Gulf during beach renourishing projects over the years (your tax dollars at work). I've found them on Anna Maria Island and Manasota Key in the water and the sand. Always good videos Shawn.
The guy I loved since we were kids (7th grade) and I got together 30 years after we graduated. One day, we had a bad arguement. We had matching sterling silver and turquoise rings. I took mine off and tossed it in the French Broad River at a campground we were staying at. I know, it was a terrible thing to do, and the hurt look on his face has always stayed with me. I did look for it. I still regret it. I would be beyond elated if you found it for me like you did for Jesse. Bud passed away in September of 2022 from leukemia. I love and miss him every day and wish I had that ring still. If I did, it'd never leave my finger as long as I live. God bless you Shawn, and the kindnesses you do.
I enjoy watching your videos. Your videos are so informing. Many people who find such treasures think 🤔‘it’s finders keepers’. If I were to lose a piece of jewelry down your way, and you were around, I know you would do your best to try and find it. The reason you find things for others, is the reason you’ve been so successful. So glad your able to do something you love and forget the 9 to 5 grind.
My first time seeing you do this, and I’m impressed that’s so amazing of you to take your own time and go find things people lost. That man was right, God is good Sean, He’s good to you too. He cares for us in every way. God bless all your comings and goings!
I saw your old video with jellyfish sting. Long ago , i had the same problem. On the boat was a very WARM soda. Poured it over the area slowly. The carbonated soda removed 90 percent of the stinging cells. From then on, ALWAYS carried. Several warm sodas, just for that reason. I think it was Pepsi, should not matter. It’s the carbonation bubbling on skin that did the trick.
Wow awesome! You can find needle in a haystack….Great Job! Wish my water hunting went that well. I’m lucky if I can get the target in 3-4 scoops…..lol.
Hello, I’m wondering if you were in Venice because when we used to go diving, we would find a lot of 50 caliber spent rounds when we would look for sharks teeth. Great find on the white gold blue diamond ring.
Another happy client!! Good job Shawn! You provide such a valuable service--actually you just can't put a price tag on what you can do. I am so happy that you're good at what you do. Another ring recovery and another happy person! Can you just imagine how devastating it would be to lose such an emotional thing as a wedding ring...thinking it's lost forever...but here comes Shawn to find it!! Remember that old Mighty Mouse song--Here I come to save the day!!
I’m so impressed with what you do for these people. One reason I keep coming back for more of your great videos. I have to ask. So many times you are quite far out, aren’t you a bit concerned about sharks? I watched a news real a few years ago where they were filming from a helicopter near a pier in Miami. Just yards from swimmers were loads of hammerheads. You must be somewhat concerned. Anyway, stay safe out there, and thanks for another great video.
I'm not concerned about sharks. Its incredibly rare that they do anything to people. If it happens, it happens, but its not even a thought in my head while I'm out there. I'm a seasoned scuba diver, and have swam with dozens of sharks. They're not what the movies and TV makes them out to be
*Congratulations on finding that nice blue diamond and white gold wedding band. Another check mark on the positive karma list for a really nice guy!* I'm always surprised at how many people wear incredibly expensive pieces of jewelry into the ocean. Especially one-of-a-kind custom pieces that they had specifically commissioned for something as important as one's wedding day. I've never been a jewelry wearing kind of guy, but I can't remember how many pocket watches, wrist watches, rings, and bracelets that I lost in the water as a teenager and 20-something young man. After I lost all three pieces of a custom sterling silver and malachite bracelet, ring, and necklace suite in less than six months while swimming in the Pacific ocean during the summer months and subsequently alpine skiing the following winter; I decided that it was time to admit that nice jewelry and my busy outdoors lifestyle weren't very compatible with one another.
I've learned a lot watching your videos. Just finished binge watching all of them. The most important thing I learned is, DON'T WEAR OR TAKE ANYTHING TO THE BEACH THAT YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE!!
But then I won't be able to make more videos!! ;)

Awesome!
You're awesome. Such a good honest man. Thank you for being a good person. So refreshing to see honesty and decency.
Amen! The world needs more like Sean, a good compassionate heart and dedicated to helping those who need his help.
. . on point, he’s decent ✔
You should always donate him a confidentiality amount of money to him for searching of your treasured piece of jewelry that he found for you. Without his assistance, you may never have gotten it back.
The smile in his face when you handed him his ring. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
What an amazing smile he had on his face. you made his day ❤❤❤
Love that you found it and was able to return it. God Bless
Shawn, you are so kind…that is refreshing to see.
Thank you! :)
He should have tipped you for sure, I would have insisted that you take a tip! I hope he tipped you off camera, you deserve to be paid for your time.
A .50 caliber bullet from world War II training, that's pretty cool in itself!!
You are an awesome person for finding that ring for him. Getting pounded by the waves and sucking water up your nose I'm positive he appreciated it. Someone in the comments said he acted not very appreciative but I thought he was very much so. Stay safe, blessings to you, cheers. 😊
Thank you!!! It was tough out there that day! He was definitely more confident in me finding it than I was!!
What a great dude he is. I’m blaming him for me having absolutely no motivation today as I’ve watched at least 3 hours of his videos when I should have been cleaning and doing laundry but it was worth it. GREAT VIDEOS!!

Great job as always and yes that was a beautiful ring.

Finding treasures and being able to return them to the owners is awesome, God is most definitely good.
That water is beautiful.
My first time seeing you do this, and I’m impressed that’s so amazing of you to take your own time and go find things people lost. That man was right, God is good Sean, He’s good to you too. He cares for us in every way. God bless all your comings and goings!
Hi Shaun, my name is Timothy from Vista Ca, You can always swing the ring 💍 over your metal detector to get a number for those rings you find.
Great haircut!

Good to know!!! I'd rather deal with the pain instead of what everyone else suggested! haha
Beautiful ring
Fantastic job
Awesome job ❤
Shawn your the Man!
Ahh man that was totally awesome! You found a needle in the haystack bro. 😎 👍🏼
Wow awesome! You can find needle in a haystack….Great Job! Wish my water hunting went that well. I’m lucky if I can get the target in 3-4 scoops…..lol.
Thank you! What you don't see on here is the countless hours that I spend finding nothing! haha
Hello, I’m wondering if you were in Venice because when we used to go diving, we would find a lot of 50 caliber spent rounds when we would look for sharks teeth. Great find on the white gold blue diamond ring.
I used to live in Venice! Caspersen Beach and Casey Key will always be my favorite beaches!😊

Hey Shawn 👋
I lost an emerald ring about 6 months ago around 16th st and the beach.. it’s white gold with two diamonds
Hey!! In which city?
Good on you again young man…way to go!
i understand you do this out of the goodness of your heart! do you have a day time job? or is this all you do? either way you are an angel!
Thank you! I do work during the week. I'm a tool and die maker. I make plastic injection molds and fixtures for the medical industry :)
Soo glad you found it. He was very lucky
He was! That was down there for a long time. It could have been a lot deeper than my machine could have picked up on!
He should have given you a reward.
*Congratulations on finding that nice blue diamond and white gold wedding band. Another check mark on the positive karma list for a really nice guy!*

Thank you! As long as they keep wearing their jewelry to the beach, I'll keep uploading content! haha!
I enjoyed your video. I’m wanting to see the ocean again.
Wow…great findings! Wonderful
Love watching your videos...
I don't know if these people who you find rings for realize that it's not easy to do so. Come to California and dig!
Its definitely not easy!! I've never been to California before. I think It'd be fun!
Awesome recovery 🤩
Most unselfish man …God bless you Shawn
Happy digs big gratz on the ring and return👍👍👍
Thank you!
