Hi, Shawn, Shaun, Sean...wanted to cover all possible spellings, I am a 74 y/o retired female whose late father metal detected decades ago. I would go with him to the park and put back the dug up grass plugs as he moved on to another hit. I enjoyed it so much. I just want to compliment you on your channel. I especially love your hearty laugh, which makes me smile. I love that you refer to the infamous pull tab as "freak'in" and that you maintain such professionalism. You remind me of the child who was "gifted" with a pile of horse manure for his birthday. He immediately started to dig, and when his parents asked him why he wasn't upset, he said, "With this amount of manure, there's sure to be a pony in there somewhere". Your positive attitude makes my day. :)
Years ago, I lost my wallet on 4th of July at the beach and somebody found it and mailed it to me with all the cash and items intact and a nice note. Thankfully it was an honest old lady that found it.
A bit surprised that she had a wallet full of cash and didn’t even offer you anything for finding it for her. You may not have taken it but she could have least have offered.

I have to agree, she had a full wallet of cash and could have been gracious enough to offer him a bit of cash. Afterall, she lost the wallet with ID, credit cards and cash and I'm sure she wasn't thinking she'd ever find it.
You have to remember this was unexpected excitement. Going from stress about lost ID and cards to relieved that you don't have to jump through a million hoops and get new cards doesn't set someone up to think offering rewards.
