Quick warning! The internal feature flag will appear a second time when Siri is activated on CarPlay and can’t be dismissed by voice. Edit: It also appears that "Don't Restore From Backup" is hidden under a submenu when you uncheck Modify Setup. It might appear that the option is unavailable, but it is there!
The UI looks great on the iPhone but super underwhelming on the Mac, I miss the orb a lot especially when talking to siri out loud, no waveform of my audio makes me second guess if my mic is working
I installed it on my iPhone 13 and it works fine but it looks like it was designed for phones with the Dynamic Island cause it just goes right through the notch
You can turn on Find My after the installation, and not 100% sure if it will revert after an update. I'll keep an eye out for updates and likely post a Community Post when beta 2 releases.
Well, this completely broke Siri on my MacBook Pro. I tried restarting and disabling and re-enabling Siri, but nothing happens. Doesn't respond to Siri or Hey Siri anymore, and when I press the Siri icon in my Menu Bar, the little blue dot appears showing my location is being accessed by Siri, but the Siri UI doesn't appear and it doesn't respond to any commands spoken.
@@probablyhades Thanks for the suggestion. I may try it. Turns out it's a bit more interesting. When I was trying it and nothing was happening, I was plugged into my external monitor. When connected to my external, even with my laptop lid open, nothing happens. However, if I disconnect my external, the new Siri dialogue appears on my MacBook. So I'm not sure why it doesn't appear on either screen when my monitor is plugged in, but does when it's not.
Is MacOS Sequoia running stable for you without any major bugs? Wanna give it a go but don't wanna mess up my mac because I have to use it for school still.
This video was created before the official launch of Apple Intelligence and the methods shown don't work anymore. Currently, if you have a supported device, simply turning on Apple Intelligence will enable the effect. If you have an unsupported device, third-party options like Nugget by leminlimez do exist, but they can't be done on device.
It definitely should, make sure the tweak is properly enabled and that Find My is turned off. The first time I ran it I forgot to actually enable the custom operation, it’s a bit confusing to turn on.

Wow! The new UI Looks Incredible... Also the "Hey Siri" or "Siri" works nice... All on my Mac... Amazing!

can i only change my iphone's siri ui with macos sequoia?
no
No, Cowabunga Lite works on macOS Big Sur and up, or Windows 10 and up.

The Siri 2.0 is only meant for iPhone 15 models and 14 pro and pro max I don’t know why but it’s weird.
Yea the AI bits since the older phone don’t have enough neural cores to run it
@@eileenzawistowiski7264 Seems like they're planning to release the new siri design only alongside apple intelligence which is kinda dumb

Try running the same command linked in the description but change the true to false. That should undo the change.

I’ve had a great experience so far, but YMMV. Note that a lot of the big features (particularly iPhone Mirroring) aren’t available yet.
How do we uninstall if we do not like it on Mac and iPhone
On Mac, just replace ‘true’ in the command with ‘false’. For iPhone, there’s a ‘Remove All Tweaks’ button in Cowabunga.
@@probablyhades remove all tweaks is not working
will it work the the normal ai or will it just pop up and now do anything?
It’s just the old Siri, but with the new UI and animation.
I tried doing everything, but it did not work for me so what is the solution?
Unfortunately, this no longer works on iOS 18 Beta 2 and up.
Great vid and info. I’ve seen so many people with this function and they never showed how to execute it
Glad it was helpful!
Just subscribed cus of this video alone lol
Nope
i have got this on my ipad 9th gen (which doesnt support apple intelligence) but it only works on 2/3rds of my screen and past that its just cut off
Yeah I think it’s a known issue with all home button iPads. Interesting how it ends up like that instead of the full screen 🤔
Poor Siri… she got flattened like the rest of the voice assistants….😞
does the new siri only work in 15 pro models or does it support other iphones as well
The new animation should work on anything with iOS 18 with this tutorial, but I haven’t been able to test it.

There’s a different guide linked for Windows. Just note that this doesn’t work on iOS 18 DB2.
I tried downloading the file from descrpition custom operations and idk what to do with it

Is there a way to downgrade from beta 2 to beta 1?
You *might* be able to downgrade with iTunes and the IPSW, but I can’t find any definitive source saying it’s signed.
Can’t anyone just make a direct info on how to do this on the iPhone? Wow. People live to talk.
