It is in conceptual design phase yet... TEDBF/ORCA is term used for same jet.. it will be simple a mixture of Tejas mk2 and Rafale...
For Navy TEDBF which is being design by ADA. and For Airforce ORCA is being desig by HAL. Both are different Fighter Jet.
