You are very knowledgeable on your relics, even all covered in dirt and rust and you call them out. Impressive! Your English is very well spoken, thank you for sharing your relic hunts!
The Coughing Captain Well I'm sure your videos are spot on then, and not the work of some hack hack. He gets an A+ for the effort in my book. Perhaps you should try and outdo him with your own channel, but try not to choke up. However I'll stick to watching this one, since the "huge difference" is he's more entertaining to watch. Good luck
It’s remarkable as to how many items are still being found from WW2. That field kitchen was a great find. The leather piece you found, were there some metal pieces in the holes were you found them? Very nice find. You can use the field kitchen for your lunch when you go out exploring lol.
The leather item is a bayonet throg, or frog, not actually the scabbard. The actual scabbard was steel, and hung from the loop on the front, from the Wehrmacht standard combat equip't belt.
It is incredible how fast nature grows over. Only 70 years and completely burried under ground. I also live in a area where there were battles between German and Soviet forces. I also have a metal detector... hmmm. :-)
This is so nice ww2hh, i have watched all of you videos and you are one of my favourite youtubers. I also wanna mention that you have to keep up the videos becuase they are so good! I hope one day we can search together for relics, cheers big fan from Sweden.
Be sure to pay respect for the dead my friend. Every little bit and piece u find represents lives lost so that we could go and find it. On both sides. Please remember those that sacrifised everything. Remember the anguish of their family. Most of these men who died werent even old enough to buy a beer. Rest easy .
I just wanted to say that I enjoy your videos and that your lucky the frost is out of the ground so you can dig. If you ever get to Vermont give me a shout and we'll go to some of my favorite spots.
Hello. Great videos. I really enjoy watching them. I'm a corporate pilot and travel to Germany from the U.S. often. Just curious what city do you live in?

Hi first a very good video! I have a question, you found a leather think for a knife but can you find that with a metaldetector? (3:27)

Just an old Vietnam vet with some experience with land mines and booby traps.
