Good to see you post Dan! I was starting to worry a little! 🤷🏻♂️ anyway nice light! I just got another tank and bought my second Hygger light. It a step below this one with the remote. My first one has been great so I decided to get another.
Nice! I'm impressed with how bright this one is so I'm sure your model is bright too. Yeah things got a little busy but no worries I'm back! I'm uploading another video tonight so look for that one too! 😊
@@sydneysangels gotcha! Yeah It's easy to get overwhelmed these days. Especially with the amount of tanks you have going on there. Being busy is not always a bad thing either. Anyway it's great to hear you have another video ready to go, I'll have my eyes peeled! Thanks Dan!
I've had two of these lights for nearly a year now. Overall they're good, but there's 3 really annoying things I've discovered. First, when the power comes back from an outage, the light will come back on at 100% brighteness, and stay that way for up to an hour before returning to the mode it is set for. So if the power blips in the middle of the night, the fish are probably as unhappy about it as I am. Second, if that happens when you have two of these lights, both of them end up under the control of one remote, apparently whichever one the clock is faster on. This can be great if you want both tanks programmed exactly the same, but mine aren't so I have to manually re-couple the second one to its own remote. Third, if you play with any buttons while it's in DIY mode, it doesn't go back into DIY mode until the next morning, so you're stuck controlling it manually for the rest of the day. Maybe I should have waited for them to come out with an app controlled light.
They programmed this to make sure you spend $200+ on their better lights next time. Most ridiculous remote with garbage settings that wont revert to default settings even after unplugging and taking out the battery for 30 minutes. Get this light if you enjoy frustration and not being able to control the light manually.
I do prefer manual lights with dimmer buttons over the remote. I don't see a reason to have a remote, especially with a lot of good app controlled lights on the market. I am happy with the light's performance but I see your point as well
Wow That's Top Notch Led Light. #LoveHyggerProducts!!! Thank you for sharing. 👍👍👍👍
Thank you 😊
I appreciate you posting a review AFTER you tried the light out! It looks to be a nice quality light with options to suit anyone's needs. Thank you!
It definitely makes the review more honest because I've actually put it through it's paces. Thank you 😊
Nice shout! Keep up the good work buddy!
Thank you!
Con cuantos lumenes cuenta esta lampara??

@@dfal6898 Yeah I agree! It does get out of hand rather quickly. But you're right it's not such a bad thing to be busy. 🙂

Lighting when used with low pressure outside can trigger hard to spawn fish ( loaches etc) but it’s a bit silly lol
Oh, good to know! Thank you for that. Maybe that's why the light comes with a lightning feature? Because otherwise it is a little silly haha
That light is amazing for the price
I'm really happy with it! It has lots of control too as far as brightness and spectrum are concerned. I'll probably end up buying more
I love my hygger light. and it grows plants really well. I also have a fluval 2.0... the hygger is better 😊
Thanks for the feedback! I'm going to use mine for plants too then!
Oh I missed this
Wow I don’t get free products
