Today we'll take a look at the evolution of Mario Kart Guest Characters (every non-Mario character who makes a guest appearance), please enjoy and comment your favorite! :)

The only thing I hope to happen in a Mario Kart game is have all the guest characters together to raise each other like Inkling, Link, Isabelle, Villager, Rob, Don-chan, Pac-Man, etc. The guys all together creating a massive crossover in Mario Kart history.

Most of the guest char are smash bros fighters.(all DLC from MK8, R.O.B and Pac-Man, Blink is assist trophy and ms.pacman should be pakman’s echo fighter
I don't know about the rest of you, but guests in Mario Kart are a blessing in my book...as long as the characters from one particular series don't outnumber the Mario characters. Heck, these guests could even bring expanded interest to their home franchises. I wouldn't know Tamagotchi anywhere near as much as I do today had Mametchi not appeared in Arcade GP 2.
I hope we get MK8D DLC and get at least PAC-MAN and maybe a new Guest character, and maybe Mario kart arcade Gp racing tracks. I’d also like to see R.O.B return as a racer, it was cool to see him drive in the karts referencing the accessories he came with.
And now, we begin the race! MAMETCHI! Rocket start! The race is quiet. Every kart is looking for their chance! Making a slick move! Slamming in! The winner is....Mametchi! Winning in a head-to-head battle!

I really wish PacMan returned as a playable character in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe but scene they announced that Birdo is finally returning in the Booster Course DLC that means more returning characters are coming back and if Link, The Splatoon Inklings, And The Animal Crossing characters can get in then so can PacMan and because PacMan was in all of the Mario Kart Arcade GP aracade games
Except Arcade GP VR. But other than that, I also wish he does return as a playable character in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. Pac-Man truly deserves a spot in the Booster Course Pass since he (along with Ms. Pac-Man and Blinky) generally started the inclusion of guest characters. Not to mention Miyamoto may especially put his inclusion to the game as DLC as a priority due to Pac-Man being his favorite character. I could care less about how unlikely Pac-Man is to get in, he deserves a spot.
First of all, Sakurai-sama explicitly said that only characters spawned from video games are allowed to participate in Smash. Tamagotchi started as a virtual pet, so the chances are pretty much a snowball's chance in hell. And if Mametchi did make it, people will clamor for Goku, Shrek, SpongeBob, etc. even more than they already are, and the integrity of Smash Bros. will slowly die as a result. Second of all, fighting does not blend well with Tamagotchi. If you've played the virtual pets or seen the anime (yes, there's a Tamagotchi anime, and its a pretty solid one.), you'll immediately tell that Mametchi & the other Tamagotchis are the furthest thing from fighters. Sure, a similar argument could be made for Animal Crossing, but that's a Nintendo-owned franchise, so they can do what they please with it. Tamagotchi is, at best, a third-party franchise, and judging by how Smash Bros. treats third-party franchises, the Tamagotchi franchise is best left unrepresented. Digimon would be a better alternative because they're actually built to fight and it'd lead to interesting Pokemon matchups. Third of all, Bandai Namco has a library of other characters that have a bigger chance of and/or are more suitable for showing up in Smash Bros., such as Lloyd and Klonoa. Fourth of all, and foremost, what moves would Mametchi even have?!
I'm really surprised that the Pac Man characters arent in the console games considering Nintendo's relationship with Bandai Namco.
