The Kipping Escape from Bottom Mount

  • If you're having trouble escaping bottom mount, try this kipping escape. You can use either two hands on your opponent's hips or the 3 point frame. The goal is to get your opponent's weight off your centerline and start bringing your knees to your chest. From here, you have different entries into leg attacks or at the very least recover your guard.
