    When I was reading their comments on your videos, I literally cringed. They truly invoked that cringe response in me. What kind of brand whines, complains, talks about the financial burden, and makes so many excuses PUBLICLY?! I was embarrassed FOR them because of their comments. Not only unprofessional, but immature and reminds me of someone who's heart isn't really in what they're doing, but perhaps in it for a short while just to see how much coin they can dupe.

    They deleted their own comments, they were very nasty with their responses. No one was attacking them in the comments.

      I blocked them, so their comments are automatically deleted on my videos once they are blocked. Thank you, you too ❤

    I've been in customer service for 20 years (in the hotel industry) and OMG I'm dying at how unprofessional they are! It's actually shocking! You don't publicly attack your customers!! Damn, apologize, recognize their feelings, let them vent, then fix it. A refund and a sincere apology goes a long way. You never ever throw anyone under the bus! You just assure them that their concerns will be addressed internally! The cringe is strong with this! 😮😅

    JoJo. I experienced something unusual as I was leaving my comment on your last video. Comments usually appear almost immediately. But mine took until the next day to show up. It was very strange. Maybe I was lost in the midst of the comment deleting! 😂. I'm glad you caught their shenanigans. Definitely shady business practices. 😏

    You’re a classy broad, JoJo. For you to come on here after DSSC repeatedly acting so low the other night and for you to take ownership of YOUR attitude, that my friend makes you a class act. I’ve loved you for years now and my love for you couldn’t grow any more, but this is just evidence that you’re the type of channel and PERSON we need more of around here. Dirty soul did you dirty and I’m so glad you spoke up about it. Thank you once again!
    And I hope they learned a valuable lesson here that you can’t censor people’s negative opinions. Any good business, huge or tiny, will take care of an unhappy customer. I hope they use this to learn and grow so their business has a fighting chance.

    Oh and to add on to ur sample thing, when i first bought from the brand the samples were a buck! Yes! But soon as Bonnie and leah reviewed them they raised the price 2.50. I left a comment on a youtubers video saying thats what i liked being able to try them for a bucks since they was blind buys anyways and the owner commented back to me saying samples take forever to make and ppl will order 50 in one order and was trying to cut down on ppl doing that and all this. So no, they dont want ppl to buy the samples. Thats why they increased the price of them.

      Unbelievable. So it’s all just a scam and a lie. I mean personally if I see any RUclipsr I’m subscribed to review this disgusting company ever again, I’m commenting and saying something. This entire situation is not right.

      Oooo, that's really shady and gross of them! If they don't want people buying their samples, then, big brain thought: maybe don't offer them to begin with. Or if they really wanted to cut down on sample-making, maybe limit the number a customer can ask for at a time? It'd lose them business, but it'd be a a lot better than upping prices and whining about giant sample orders.
      But that's the thing. They'd lose business. And from how they reacted already, they clearly can't handle that. Overall a biiiig yikes.

    I don’t trust any influencer 100% because they are strangers online who I don’t know beyond following them. I look at multiple reviews from both PR and not PR and Google brands before buying anything. Some influencers don’t disclose sponsorships.

    They have still yet to respond to my email where I asked for my money back. They attacked me for asking about it in your comments. I basically said their lotions were horrible…they are! That’s my truth on their products. But I did get ahold my bank to get my money back. Correct they have more time to stalk social media than they do getting products out.

      Hmmm…. I noticed their lotions or shower gels are rarely discussed. It’s always just about the fragrance mists. I really wanted to place a large order with them, but poor customer service, ridiculously long shipping times, lack of transparency and catty behavior is a huge turnoff for me! I’ve personally talked to the owner a few times and he seemed very nice. I’m appalled at this information though! 😣 So sorry you and JoJo had this experience!!!

      I’m sure they are incredibly nice to potential customers or customers that don’t have anything negative to say but we all witnessed how they were with this wonderful content creator just speaking the truth. But as far as lotions I’m just one of those people that for every body mist I buy, I buy 2 or 3 lotions in the coordinating scent. I’ll use up the lotions before the mist is even gone and I just find that after the lotion is gone I don’t bother reaching for the mist anymore. I’ve heard literally no one talk about the lotions. They show them but don’t review them. I think they are horrible and the scent fades incredibly fast. I can’t say anything about the body washes because I don’t use them but my 8 year old loves the bubblegum and banana body wash from them. He does love the scents but it’s just a basic clear shower gel that doesn’t do anything for the skin and soon as he comes out of the bath I have to drench his skin in lotion or cream because his skin is dry and flakey. Not saying it’s from their body wash at all my child just has dry skin. I lotion him up no matter what soap he uses. But their lotions just sit on the skin and don’t soak in, heck you can’t even get the white cast off your skin no matter how much you work it in regardless if you use a small amount or large amount and the residue left on your hands is the cringiest feeling ever. It’s like this company doesn’t want anyone to be honest or have anything negative to say about them because they want more customers…customers that will continue to have to wait 1 to 2 months for their products if they even get them at all. Most of the mist I do like and still use because I paid for them so I mine as well use them but I wouldn’t recommend using their stuff as a room spray or on clothing. I used a mist just today which was the dupe to the lavender marshmallow and I had on a grey cotton top and it left what looked like grease stains where I sprayed it and I had to change. Hopefully it washes out. I don’t spray fragrances on my skin because my skin just eats the fragrance I have to spray it on my clothes for it to stick and last. I think they add glycerin to them which makes them feel greasy on the skin but usually your skin just kinda absorbs it. Some are way more greasy than others. I also don’t think these fragrances will last over time by having a shelf life. I have a hot cocoa scent I purchased in November and it smelled amazing up until about march. Now it has a burnt plastic smell and I think it’s gone bad, the color of the fragrance was clear when I got it now it looks dark brown which isn’t always a bad thing most vanilla based fragrances do that but it still doesn’t explain the burnt plastic smell now and I store all my fragrances in my walk in closet with no sunlight and in a temperature controlled environment. I’m sure as time goes on more and more people will give updates on the products and there will be more and more people exposing their business practices and their downfall will come soon after. It’s sad because the whole concept of the company and them being a small business was something I was excited about but it seems like they are just another company doing a cash grab and not caring about their customers.

    I'm thinking yt deleted the comments. I don't think DSSC has a way to delete them. I think maybe they did report each comment n yt deleted them. 🤷‍♀️

      They reported each comment to RUclips, so the comments were removed because they were under “investigation” so to speak. Once RUclips found nothing wrong with the comments, they put them back. That’s my suspicion.

      @@joeyjojoxoxo6319yeah Jojo I think you’re right because there’s a reason the only 2 options are Reply or Report. And if you could dirty delete whatever and whenever you want, RUclips would be an even scarier place. That censorship would lead to the downfall of our society. Did someone say North Korea? lol. So yeah I think RUclips (rightfully so) found the reports to be completely unsubstantiated. Kinda cool the comments showed back up within 24 hours. Thanks RUclips ❤

    I hear they are using oils meant really for like candles and watering them down and perhaps that is why many are finding something "off" about the scents. It prob takes long because they are ordering oils from like china or somewhere cheap they can get a larger quantity and its causes delays in being able to send out orders. Nothing about them ever sat right in my spirit about them so i was never enticed

      I mentioned mine, samples, were oil they said they weren't I went back to see indeed what I have is oils in the sample tubes.
