I’m glad you reviewed this company! Just paused the video 5 mins in to comment. I was told by the owner that since the body mists are made fresh to order, they need time to macerate. It’s safe to use them now, but apparently they get stronger and better smelling if you let them sit at least a month in a cool, dry area. I have 4 mists from them I bought off Amazon. Only 1 arrived that smelled like gasoline to me lol. But as I let it sit, that note went away and it smelled like the actual fragrance I was expecting. All the others smelled fine upon arrival but I’m still letting them sit. I do think this information needs to be made clear upon purchase though…. 😊 Okay! Back to watching your video!

To my surprise I got a comment back from dirty soul basically saying that I was wrong. Terrrrrrible customer service .Even though I liked a couple I will never order again from this company.
Thank you for being honest. Had the same experience and watching you reminds me exactly how I felt when I tried out my samples. These scents are so off-putting and just terrible, not for one's skin/body. I don't know how ppl are wearing these fragrances. And like you said, I appreciate that the brand is recreating B&BW scents that are discontinued, but the quality is so bad. Thanks again for putting your voice out there about it all! Can’t tell you how much I appreciate your opinions! I’ve been on the fence for like 4 months and I’m still sitting there. If they made an actual website as opposed to an instagram link I’d probably take the plunge. A month to wait is really extreme though - they need to hire more employees to keep up with the demand. When I buy something at the store I’m much more critical than of something I’m given for free. If I were a business I’d do the same and send to the big scent reviewers like Bonnie, Kent and Leah too! I don’t blame you one bit for sending free PR. I appreciate the breakdown explaining costs too. I do not own a business nor do I have a business degree but I almost wonder if you should raises prices so that you can get more employees and offer quicker shipping. But you’re the one with the numbers and you know what is most profitable for you. The only thing I would really challenge is the long-term longevity of mists. You said they don’t have a great shelf life but I think 99% of them last 5+ years. I’ve never had one go bad yet and my collection is well over 250 going back to 2016. I admire what you’re doing and honestly I look forward to trying some mists of yours someday. Dupes are so in right now. For a two-man show it’s quite impressive to have made such an impact in the fragrance community. Even us glancing at or considering buying from companies other than BBW and Victorias Secret is quite a feat! Truly. Thanks for the response and for being candid about your business ❤

My order took 2 months & a few came broken, 😢 they hyped them so much on RUclips . Thanks for the honest review ! I wasn’t amazed with the products either , the glycerin is so strong. A few of mine smell plastic as well like I can’t even wear them!
I ordered from them in the past I got my orders in 7 days flat. But those were also order from November 2023-January 2024. I placed an order 2/23 and it’s been crickets. Meanwhile queen of the girl geeks on RUclips gets free pr and makes a video and I have still yet to get my order from February and have sent 2 emails with no response at all. So they can send free product to influencers but can’t send paying customers their orders. I just want to cancel my 160 dollar order that I can’t seem to get. It’s bad business when you can’t fulfill the orders you do have but push more orders with pr which is going to create even more orders they can’t fulfill. I think that decision will bite them in the a$$ in the end. Here’s some cons I’ve noticed. The last last batch of lotions I got will not rub into my skin, it’s like I’m rubbing white paint on my skin! I have the after hours spray and lotion that I ordered back in January and even after letting the body spray sit for a little bit it has no lasting power and doesn’t smell like sol de janiero after hours and the lotion feels like powder is in it. It’s weird if I put it on my hands it makes my hands feel dry and gross. The only way to describe it is mixing a cheap watery lotion with a a bunch of baby powder. The only good lotion I have out of all of them is the bubble gum pop dupe. It actually rubs in and doesn’t look like paint and it didn’t have the powder feel to it but the scent is just not there. So to be honest their products are inconsistent.
I have ordered a couple times from them prior to the big blow up on social media and I have been very pleased so I’m surprised by this review. I have ordered the blueberry shortbread in mist, lotion, and shower gel and it’s so delicious. I never really liked gourmand but I got that as a free sample with my first order and fell in love. The chocolate dipped cherries is great as well as the banana nut bread pudding. I got peach rings too which I love in the bottle but absolutely HATE when I spray it on myself or in my house. Maybe that’s what happens with you and it just doesn’t work with your chemistry? Good luck if you try again!
I can't imagine waiting that long for fragrances that were that awful and disappointing. I feel so bad for you. Especially since I learned from your newest video that they don't accept returns. Even for a small business this is bad practice and not a very good look. You on the other hand look fantastic and it's nice to see your channel growing. 😊
I agree with u that some scents are just not even close to the originals. If u like pumpkin peanut brittle candle, u should request that one bc it's my fav from all that I've tried. It's spot on to the candle. Maybe if they let u pick out something different u could try that one. Also the toasted pineapple marshmallow is spot on to the candle too. What I have a hard time with is some of them smell good in the bottle ,but once they dry down on my skin, they smell like the carrier oil and that's it. They seem to have gotten a lil better since they have sat but I still get that oil smell on some of them that's very off putting. But the ones that are good I really do enjoy. But hard to know which ones to get. I've purchased a few full size, like 8 minis and like 8 samples and I'd say close to half have that carrier oil scent on the dry down like it don't have enough fragrance or something. A cpl have gotten better with time so gonna try to let them sit more before I totally write the scents off that I'm not a fan of.
I placed an order with them. I did like what I got, but it was the people that learned of them from me that they sent the free P R to they sent them a lot of it. I did feel that the vanilla one that I got did not have any scent at all. The lotions were okay. And I didn't really get any of the mists. I think I got 1 4 oz mist and then everything else. I kind of got in the samples but I thought that it was an oil and they said that it wasn't but it feels like it's a fragrance oil. I haven't ordered anything else. I've been on the fence because i've been paying attention to how some people feel just like you do about their shipping
How do you know they learned from you did they comment under one of your videos? Company should’ve sent to you then. IMO some of these RUclipsrs that get free items just like everything anyway and personally, I feel they don’t even describe a fragrance whatsoever. It’s a very minimal description and usually tells me nothing but that they like it.

Id told her about switching items out of the totes before pandemic she said under my video she wasn't aware then spread to others like she knew she said "I will tell you how to customize your bag d.m me". The ones id sent info to and told about Dsc they are bigger in subscriber count than me. Id sent them picture one already knew of them and asked me if I did it wasn't her but 3 others. but they ended up decluttering the items on video these companies need to stop over looking the smaller channels as a few big ones learn more from small channels than they will admit.

Hey JoJo idk if you know this but they are small business and theres only a few people in the company that work together to get the packages out. They have to bottle the products, label them and so forth. They have a lot of order's coming in everything so they do try their best to be as fast as possible. Thats why it takes so long. Its not like they have a distribution.

I'm sorry but you can't judge a brand by 3 scents and then to say the snow cone is your favorite and then say 10 times now you don't like it. I'm sorry this is everywhere.
@@chessiefore8855 the snow cone scent was the best out of the three, I liked it the best, however it was still not great. The other two were so bad that I could never trust buying anything blind off their company ever again. And just say all the other scents are amazing, my main issues are not with the products themselves, but more so with them as a brand and how they treat/respond to their costumers issues.

I have smelled a lot of their scents... I have found some loves for sure... Most are No-no's. My last order took over a month to receive.
