- Bexar County Precinct 2 deputies lined up in front of a fellow deputy's home and stripped him of his service weapon weeks after he filed paperwork to run against their boss in the 2020 election, cellphone camera footage obtained by the KSAT 12 Defenders shows.

We see it every day. One cop I know was stopped for speeding in a school zone. She flashed her badge, and they both had a good chuckle about it. No ticket given.
I see them blowing through stop signs, red lights (no lights flashing or sirens), talking on the mobiles, speeding, again with no lights or sirens). Then they pull over others, scold and ticket them for doing the same thing.

Leo is a good guy, I was a deputy at precinct two. The corruption in that precinct was horrible. I turned in my chief, two captains and two deputies, in fact i was on KSAT as well. I can tell you exactly who was corrupt when i was there. Garcia, COnstable FLores, Captain Jerry ReiFF. Chief Ford, and Deputy Wayne Dennis. Dennis was a guy who claimed he was retired Army, Retired NYPD LT. , Ranger, Special forces (i cant make this up) secret service and claimed he worked guarding the Clintons. In fact he still has all that on his FB page. The truth, Wayne Dennis was in the Army reserves and got kicked out for threatening to shoot all the Iraqi Civillians on his first motorized patrol out side the base, he was a truck driver for a support unit that picked up broken vehicles. He was a hospital security guard in New York and got fired for impersonating a police officer, and was one of the most abusive and complained about deputies in the precinct. I could write a whole book on Dennis and his lies. I got fired for turning in these people, They were forcing people to plead guilty on traffic warrants that hadn’t been adjudicated yet, they were stealing money and evidence, and falsifying reports among other things
The fact that he said he's in this situation because someone else thinks they're above the law means he thinks HE IS ABOVE THE LAW.

Someone needs to look into how a lot of these women got years of seniority without working. Supposedly the court said that the obstacle course an hiring practices for cops was unconstitutional. Thus all police departments must go back 7 years and hire every woman who failed and give seniority and back pay. So new hires were given Sgt and Lt positions. Somebody correct me if I m wrong

He's been reinstated. Along the way for sensationalism they report two additional officers are under investigation. Nothing to do with the reported story. Only that this department may be in disarray.
