Quite the informative video to add to your AMWF series as well your channel all together Lingling ☺️ Keep up the great work you are doing he on RUclips as well on your blogs ☺️👍
It is more that you are talking instead of the party that you are interviewing. Actually, listener would like to know more from the who are being interviewed.
@@undecided1986 hi, thanks for still answering the question from 3yrs ago. 😊 oh. you brought me back to this video and I'm wondering now why did I even watch content like this before. lol. 😂😂
@@undecided1986 well the reason/person (maybe) why I watched this video is already gone. 🤦 I mean, gone in my life. 😂 But we're still friends, and that was a good memory to remember. Your comment made me remember everything. hahaha. thanks for making me smile before I sleep tonight. 😂
I'm in the other situation, marrying a woman from China, whose from a very Traditional family with only daughters, it's interesting, and it's a major learning experience for me, and I still have many obstacles to overcome.
The dialect in Anhui is quite difficult. My girlfriend in college is from Anqing, Anhui. When I went to her hometown, I had no idea what they were talking in dialect. It was like a foreign language to me. And it was still hard to understand when her relatives were speaking manderin with dialect accent. In the next two years, I could understand it clearly, but still impossible to talk in Anqing dialect.
My boyfriend is from Jingdezhen (景德镇) in Jiangxi province and I have a really hard time understanding his parents sometimes because even when they speak Mandarin, they have a strong accent. That being said, I have only studied Chinese for four years and almost all of the time I spent in China was in Beijing.
I myself a Chinese man, but I was not born in China and have lived in the Western world most of my life. In terms of dating, I would not even bother to date Chinese girl from China, specifically from "China", never mind cross cultural marriage with Chinese from mainland China. It is simply just too much challenges that you would not even want to know at all, period thank you!
Foreign girls, white or otherwise are usually given a lot of leeway in terms of obligation fulfillment to the husband's family just because they are foreign.
@@VivKittie32 the expectation is still that the foreign bride would eventually be somewhat assimilated into the Chinese culture. The degree to which this is required is very much dependent on how independent the husband is, and how open-minded the in-laws are much like anywhere around the world.
Lenaaround could be about daily life or city boy vrs country boy for marriage or general differences. In this video you said how different they were a few times, but never how they were different.
in rural people live in a big family parents grandparents sometimes younger sister and brother who have not got married. in the big cities you live alone with your small family but when your child is young may be parents live in taking care of it
in rural people are much more troditional that means when you Don not want a child then should not marry a rural boy. in the big cities you have a chance to find somebody to understand you and accept it
This was really informative video guys! Definitely things to consider before marrying into a different culture or marrying anyone in general lol. I miss home a lot and the education thing does worry me here, my country is the US (not perfect by any means) but it does have its pros. I enjoyed you guys talking about the difficulty for those coming from other non-english speaking countries, Ive been curious myself as to why many women wouldn't go back to Denmark or Germany because I've only heard good things about your countries. The US is used to immigrants so although difficult it is possible to find some place. Does Denmark and Germany have something similar? And for amwf couples who do decide to go back to their home country with their husband, how would they work alongside that (non-english speaking country)? I know its possible but is there any woman who've experienced the process. Great video Lena! :)
Lena this is the second video of yours that I have watched. You do not give the interviewee a chance to talk. Your interview with Miriam was horrible. Miriam had little chance to speak. You should just interview yourself.
I’m sorry but this is such a bad video and is such a bad representation of ‘chinese’ guys... what your friend is saying is more mainland Chinese from China born and raised in China families because Chinese from abroad are completely different so let’s say me being Born and raised in UK it’s completely different so yeah it’s not a good interpretation
Wow as an Asian guy this video is appreciated thanks.

It’s depends on what kind of family. Every family is different .
Even some Chinese couples I know have gotten divorced only due issues with the in-laws.
Hi. I just wanna ask if Zhang is a common name in China? Because I know many Chinese people given name is Zhang or the family name is Zhang.
@@CrissaMaguicay Zhang is one of the most popular family name following by Wang, Chen, Liu and etc.

If the man you're marrying doesn't care about his family what does that tell you?
don't know why but we Chinese have a very favorable feeling toward Germany and Germans. We greatly appreciate the qualities you find in Germans.

Really? I didn't think the Bozhou dialect was so different from Mandarin. Maybe they were being nice to me haha

Ex Cangunnut it's Ethics not because foreign girls act like that I think the action prove what they really are .
When does that run out if you are married for a lifetime?

Would be nice to know what are the differences between city and rural.
In terms of?

Great video!!! Lena hvornår åbner du dating webstedet? ha ha :)
I`m waiting for it!!
Have to say this Anna has such an asian face with nature blond hair, no wonder she married to a chinese husband.
Hey Lena, what's the song playing in the background? :)

Change the approach to allo w interviewee to speak and have a consistent story. The video would be more intertaining.
Awesome 😘
You love this topic huh?
It's kind of a part of my channel, every Friday we talk about it.
How about to work after, is it possible or not?
👌
I india most of the guys love others but end up marrying another of his or her parents choice 😂😂
