That is an amazing smoker, love that griddle option, really cool.
That’s my dream Pit. Now, you’ve made it even better!
I called you guys a few months ago asking if you had these. So glad their out now, gotta pick mine up. That, and the defuser with the door in it.
amazing video allthingsbbq. I smashed the thumbs up on your video. Maintain up the superior work.
Man I just got the Weber griddle for my yoder for xmas this always happens. Same thing happened when the new cover came our.looks like this one is 2" wider than the Weber. 👍👍
I've got a 640 and most of the accessories and I Love it, but I think I'll use a separate griddle for cooking. All the grease (and watching him flip it when the fire box is open) tells me it's a pain dealing with the grease, catching the thing on fire and clean up. Just stick with the grill grates and the pizza oven which are awesome and just use a cast iron pan if you need a griddle. Just my opinion.
Chef Tom do you have a resterant in Wichita ? You make me hungry every time I watch your video's. Thank you for sharing.
Should those grates be running ‘north and south’ so to speak? For more convenient spatula flipping? Kinda working against the the grain that way? Some day I will own one of those 640s!
68PointBuck yah its easier like that, especially if the griddle is really hot as it saves you reaching over it
How do you clean this mess afterwards? Im sure not near S east as a blackstone
Love how versatile the smoker is. The ratio looks a little off with the bun. But looks amazing still. No more let’s be good to one another sign off message?
I bet this could also fit on a 36" stove top?
May i have the cheese which just left on grill?
Got mine the other day. Cant wait to try it out this wknd! I have the 480. What temp range would you recommend setting to?
Did you figure out the best tempt to set it to? I figure 500?
Eggcellent 👍👍👍. Is this griddle made and the sourced material from USA?
The Yoder smokers are made in the USA. I'd hope their accessories are as well.
Omg, this company continues to take my money. I must have this
Take a Weber griddle on trade?
There isn’t much else sexier than cutting through an egg 🍳 on a burger 🍔 !!!
Wouldn't the Grill Grate panels work the same way?
rawtry65 maybe not the eggs.. but a cast iron pan..
I meant for the burgers...@@thirstbuster78
I flip the GrillGrates upside down and use them like a griddle for smash burgers or regular burgers. Get a sear on entire surface that way.
@@drrok4603 Flipping them over for burgers also does a good job of cleaning out the grate side :)
Won’t you be losing flavor without the smoke moving through? I mean I can put that griddle on my gas range to heat it up.
I guess YS wasnt to impressed with your weber griddle statement!lol. they listened! now if we could only get them here in canada!
I recently purchased a set of Grill Grates for my YS640 so for me the griddle would be a waste because I can get nice grill marks on my burgers/steaks already. As far as making pancakes/eggs; I've got a griddle on my gas range in the house that I can use. Haven't tried bacon on my smoker yet, but plan to in the future. For someone who hasn't purchased the Grill Grates yet this might be something to look at as an option.
No mess if you use the grill instead of the kitchen, ESPECIALLY with bacon.
Giddy up
Me caes bien wey
Get that down to about 50 bucks to match everything else out there, only then can we talk.
If you spent $2000+ on a pellet smoker, what's an extra $25 on the price of the perfectly sized griddle?
Good cookin means good eatin eh Chef?
You didn't do the cut, split reveal...
The grill side is a failure...the ridges are going in the wrong direction 🤦🏻♂️
I saw 0 seasoning used...
great smoker, too small of a griddle...
Eggs look terrible., Bad presentation.
Not into infomercials.
