If you haven’t tried it yet, I recommend a date with a little bit of butter in the middle with a touch of flaky salt. Heard about it from animal based people and just tried it this week!

I look forward to and watch you every night that you're available. I LOVE to watch you prep and cook. I also love to see what new gadgets you come up with. I would still like to know where you got your one frying pan and your clear glass with the lid. The frying pan I'm referring to looks a bit more like a griddle but is shaped differently.
I put spearmint leaves in my water. I have spearmint I'm growing (i thought it was peppermint when I bought it but nooooooo, its spearmint.) Anyway, it's growing like crazy this year (all the rain maybe?) A few days ago I pulled a few leaves rinsed then off then put in my ice water. MAN! talk about a refreshing taste! And it makes water a lot easier to drink. No sweetner needed. Just lots of ice because that helps it to be more refreshing. YUMMO! ❤

Obviously, this way of eating is really agree with you because you look fantastic. The hair and skin looks so healthy. I need to have beans and legumes in my diet because I have severe G.I. issues and have to be on a high fiber diet but otherwise it sounds like a healthy way to eat. I don’t like nut milks either. I’ve tried every single one on the market. I have to have coffee made in my coffee mate in my iced coffee.
We are doing a Whole30 2 week challenge right now, before my daughter's wedding. Thanks for the inspiration! We also still do dairy (whole only) and some other things that I just don't feel is necessary to eliminate.
I tried your sparkling water recipe. The orange and lime juice were really good. I miss the carbonation with soda but never cared for the flavor. Yum!
Bananas with ground beef is absolutely delicious 😋 we used to have it all the time with our Rigatoni and beef meal; always used to have a banana with it and it tastes amazing ❤❤❤❤❤

congratulations on your journey I can not do whole 30 because I am diabetic but i glad you found something that works for you.
Whole30 is mostly protein so I feel like that would be perfect for a diabetic ?
@@AmandaLewis it can cause your blood sugar levels to fluctuate and cause inflmation in the gut .however I will ask my Dr.about it

While I absolutely love your videos and recipes and love hearing about your health journey together, I wonder , think, perhaps, creating your own personalized menu/journey/weight loss "diet/journey/plan" , maybe could be just as effective, if not more so and possibly cost less. Having watched your videos for a couple years, I believe you have those abilities.
I think you mean pasture raised not pasteurized eggs. I love those eggs from Sam's club I noticed such a difference from conventional eggs.

It’s so weird how the plant based whole 30 you can have beans and lentils, but not on the regular. I don’t get why.

You definitely could still do whole30
without eggs ! I attached the whole30 list in description box so that could give you some ideas.

I know right ? But yes ground beef and chopped bananas and honey ! Honey isn’t whole30 so you could skip that if your on whole30 but if you aren’t I hear honey is amazing on the combo.
