dude i've made your keto pizza almost every week since finding you lol. pls continue what you are doing. you are a great service for everyone and an amazing teacher that keto doesn't have to be boring!
I also look forward to trying your recipes! I have enjoyed all the recipes I have tried so far . The chili is definitely a hit in my family. The pot barely makes it to the next day, lol. Thanks!
Wow! Just made your recipe and they turned out really well. We dont have a microwave so all I did was put in the oven 180 c for 10 minutes and they came out nice and crispy. Mine made 32 chips which was more then enough for making Tortilla for tonight's dinner. Thanks Joe!
Thank you Elizabeth... I also was going to ask if we cannot just skip the microwave and the stovetop and put it in the oven instead. Thanks again for your feedback ❤️🙏
My husband was just put on a grain free diet, and I’ve been experimenting with recipes. Made these but used my air fryer. They came out amazing and he really enjoyed them. Thanks!
Great recipe. I made these last night. I was finally able to enjoy nachos on my low carb lifestyle. I did adjust the cooking method by pan frying in olive oil and it was so good and crunchy. I did not like the chewy like texture from just in the pan without the oil. I will add a little lime and a little garlic to season next time.
Thanks for sharing this. I was wondering if pan-frying in oil would result in a crunchier chip. From recipes I tried, I assumed - by looking at the chips - that they'd be chewier than desired. One question though, did you skip the microwaving also?
I'm just thinking about all the possible flavor combinations. There are SO MANY chip flavors you could make! And all without the crazy carbs or shitty fats you get in the bagged stuff!
But if 1/4 cup of almond flour is 2 net carbs and you're using 1.5 cups of almond flour that would be a total of 12 net carbs and if you divided it into 4 balls than its approximately 3 net carbs for 8-10 pieces? Help!!! I just got way too technical, I just want to be super careful when tracking macros
I’m going to make these this week. They look amazing. Just a suggestion: a tortilla press can make rolling them out go faster. I used to use a round cake pan, which gets things thin too. I really enjoy your recipes, and they’ve helped me branch out, and use techniques for other recipes as well.
I went looking for several tortilla chip recipes knowing it would have to be with almond flour and no cheese or coconut flour as almond flour baked goods have a cornbread like taste. Yours is great! I did went straight for a nonstick skillet and a bit of macademia oil. I also tried the microwave part but did not like it like that. Also I used one long strip and fried in a bit of butter then sprinkled monk fruit sugar and cinnamon. This recipe would be way easier with the tortilla maker though. I also added several seasonings within the dough and after it came out of the skillet and that seemed more efficient. It was really tasty with my homemade cooked spicy salsa and sprinkled fresh lime juice. Thanks for sharing.
I'm so excited to make these this weekend. I have not only been craving something crunchy and salty, but my garden is ready to give me the goods for some Pico de' Gallo. You've done it again!
These are fantastic! I didn't use a food processor and it still worked perfectly. Also, I used flavour God's nacho cheese flavour and pizza flavouring. Holy Cow they so good! The seasoning doesn't stick so on my 2nd batch,I put the seasoning in the Dough and it was perfect.
@Jillian Smith Did they taste similar to Doritos with the nacho cheese flavor in the dough?! Just curious... Thanks for the suggestions! Blessings from Iowa, L
Yes, yes, yes, yes. Oh my goodness, these just sounds delicious and so simple and easy to make. Even for a blind person like me. Thanks for making such accessible and friendly delicious recipes for everyone to enjoy. I can’t wait now.I want a bit of crunch in my life. ☺️
This recipe worked perfect! your blog answered all my questions about if I should or should not substitute cocoanut flour and/or guar gum. Thank you very much!
Joe I made these & they are absolutely delicious! My son & daughter n law which do keto too love them also. Making more tonight for nachos! Great recipe!
I will be trying this! I'm new to your channel and so far I have tried your brownies, chocolate chip cookies and your vanilla, chocolate and strawberry ice creams and they are awesome!
Joe- I've cooked your Keto Bagel Recipe every week now for my breakfasts for the past 6 weeks. Going to tackle these chips over the weekend! They look amazing :) Thanks for the content and keep up the good work!
You are amazing Joe my God your recipes are wonderful I am regular no keto chef but i had change my lifestyle since november 2021 and i have being learning from keto cookers receipes and now i have a little business to help out to increase my revenues
Hi Joe you have the most awesome recipes. I am making myself a book to cook with your recipes. I think they look amazing. This is going to be such a great tool for me through my keto journey. Goin to make your cheesy bread tonight for supper to go with my left overs (gr. beef and fresh tomatoes from garden , and chicken soup from last night). An odd combo. But will be fantstic with the help of you cheesy bread. Thank you so much. Cant wait to try All your recipes Joe. God bless you. From Ontario , Canada. ❤️
Just made these with sunflower seeds! While it turned out much thicker per piece (my batch also yielded 36 pcs), it was so light and crispy! I was not expecting this yummy crunch as I had countless failures with several keto chips recipes including Joe's plain crackers. I also tool a leaf from one of the comments here, used a tortilla press and and baked it at 180 degrees but for 15 minutes. No fuss with the frying. This recipe is a keeper! @joe any idea the macros using sunflower seed flour?
I've stumbled across two of your recipes so far the Pizza dough and Keto candy bars. Both are very good and very easy to do with few ingredients. Some of these KETO things can get quite painful hats off to ya. Compliments from my wife who insists that I keep making that pizza. Now to these tortilla chips which keep your tradition it seems.
I don’t know 🤷🏽♀️ if I should praise you or curse you 😂; because, I made these last night. AND, I have already made them again today so I am sure to it run out of them! There are sooooo good!! You’ve done it again Mr.Duff 😋 Next time, I am thinking of adding a pinch of chili 🌶 powder and cumin to see if I can spice things up a. It. Thanks once again for making my weight loss as well as my healthy eating goals and disease manageable as well as tasty 😉
A la madre tortillas are an amazing keto product for making chips, chalupa shells, taco shells and enchiladas. I just discovered them. Make a slightly modified version of your fathead pizza for dinner. Hubby in Heaven. Thanks for all you share!!

GET OUT!!!!! This looks amazing. I've been looking for a way to do nachos, and thus might be my answer. Thank you so much for sharing this. I'm totally trying this.
Thank you for your recipe. You are a super teacher. I would like to do it but, where I am living at the moment, I cannot find the Xanthan Gum, can I replace it with something else? Thanks again.
Don't stack in container when they're warm because they'll sweat and make them soggy. Always lay in single layer to cool off first THEN put in paper towel lined container to store (even better, cool off on a mesh cookie rack to get airflow above and below)
Just made these today for wifey and holy smokes they came out absolutely awesome. Thanks a lot man. Also have your tried King Arthur's keto flour yet? Please see if you can use it in any recepie
Just made these,,,apart from the eggy smell these are super crispy and delicious. The only thing I changed is that I popped them in the oven after I microwaved them instead of the pan.will make again and maybe I will add different seasoning in the mix to eliminate the eggy smell. Thanks for the recipe.
Do you have directions on how to do the microwave portion of the recipe in the oven if a person does not own a microwave? And then pan fry then after the oven? Thanks!
150g almond flour -1/2 tsp xantum gum + 1/2 tsp baking powder mixed with a pinch of salt Add well mixed large egg Make a dough Make it into a totilla bwt parchmeny paper Cut it (on the paper) - cut the paper in a round shape- Microwave 1min , check add 15-30 sec if necessary - cool it - heat in 30 secs on a frying pan

I may be wrong, but, I feel as if the chips can be 'cooked' in an air fryer? Thoughts? 🤔
4-6 minutes at 350 degrees seems to be the consensus for homemade tortilla chips
