Always takes the time to have a talk. He taught the kids class at Garry’s academy on Mondays. He didn’t have to, he did because he enjoyed it. He could have gone home and taken it easy. My son LOVED his class.

I would hope that I would never do that if I were young and incredible like him. But let's be mature enough to appreciate his incredible dedication and skill. If you want to have confidence in yourself and reduce the anxiety before a big performance, you need to put the time and effort into your training and practice. If you are skipping workouts or cheating on your meals all of the time, or not studying every day on how to beat the competition than OF COURSE you should have a ton of anxiety/fear the day of the performance or match or game or fight or whatever. You don't deserve the confidence. Gordon trains two to three times a day, every single day without fail.
