This is a great little shed to tiny home conversion. This guy and his wife have amazing talents and have put them to good use. His personality is spot on. I watched all of your episodes so I have seen all of his properties. Thanks for sharing.
I knew he looked familiar, I've seen his other creations. Nick created another fabulous crib to enjoy. Nick and wife are on a roll, acquiring land, and building. This little gem is quite the beauty, love that shower. Much success to them both
hello , the guy has skills 😊😊😊😊😊 the digs , are wonderful . i love them all , esp the shipping container . great share , thank you , for sharing🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰😁😁😁😁...............
And so much more renewable... cracks me up PNW ppl the solar panels he wants are NOT recyclable they'll sit in landfills for cent and the materials need to make are not environmentally safe and lack of sun up there doesn't add to the equation. Love the builds and locations...
I would rent the place just because they he has Harry snd the Hendersons! Really though, what a beautiful, cozy place. The loft is just the right size for a sleeping and relaxing space. The glimpses of the surroundings from the windows are such a treat of what is just waiting for you to explore.
Nick that's a very nice cabin👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍😊😊 just an FYI make sure all your guests know nor to use any pots or pans that extend beyond the hot plates and to use only induction approved pots and pans 😊😊
I do love what he did with his shed but I personally dont like the look of ladders I definitely would try my best to plan and arrange regular staircase firstly before putting a ladder. Wherever you put a staircase underneath that could be more storage or a place for a washer dryer combo. Also Im a person that loves haveing all my fur babies on my bed with me when I sleep, otherwise I would have a hard time getting to sleep they also wouldn't be able to go up or down freely with a ladder. Ladders in general, they're just dangerous and especially when someone uses the restroom alot at night.
I'm thinking about turning a shed into a tiny home, for my family. I'll need to make it a three bedroom though. How do I go about finding the land to place it on.
why would you want her to do what so many other folks already doing - besides - there a huge difference between between bricks / sticks and homes you drive away in - this channel great at what it does 🇨🇦🙏
In any case, nowhere in the US is 256 square feet considered even a starter home. In most places here, it's illegal to live in a house that small full time.
The bathroom facilities and the kitchen are always expensive. Unless you can get the fixtures like the sinks, etc., from a house being demolished and do the installation and plumbing yourself, it'll probably cost you at least 1/3-1/2 that. Then you have to finish the rest of the inside - flooring, walls, furniture, etc.

They are crafty!
Very inspirational
He's got more properties?
Oh, yes... I love that A-treeframe! The outdoor shower is fabulous! Nick's woodworking and both his and his wife's finishing touches are unique.

Bit off topic but Nicks voice is so soothing
Nice that he is able to use trees that have fallen. I also like that he is able to stand in the loft.
Love what they have done and superb location! Outdoor shower looks amazing 🤩
I would freeze up in the winter, using that shower! I love the idea of an outdoor shower, but in the cold...yikes!😅
This is the style shed I would want to turn into a home! Great use of space, thanks for sharing!

Very cool “cabin”. I like how this guy has finished it in fun and funky ways, especially how he’s used found and recycled materials.
Cozy little home. Sure could live in that.
Just love this! I get so happy when I see a post from this channel. Always positive and feel good videos! ❤️
Sweet--I'd stay there in a heartbeat!

Love❤this and literally was looking at sheds and thought about an outside shower, then I saw this. Beautifully and very creative👍🏾
Love this guy's energy and passion 👏👏👏
This isn’t who I thought it was but he’s done a great job.
He's living and giving..❤
Love the natural wood and trees
Okay, your the man for the tiny house job.
I like the choice in music.
Nick is a legend 💯
Very nice
Have loved all of their cabins. Very creative
Beautiful home
I've seen that place when I was out there visiting in about 2015'ish
i really love this mans work ! 🔥
Somehow I always prefer to see tiny houses where people actually live. All those Airbnb’s are less inspiring to me..
Simply awesome ❤
Great job
Love your work
Absolutely beautiful.
Hello dear how are you feeling today?
Khung cảnh đẹp quá,trông rất yên bình❤

We watched the same piece three times regarding his shower and other properties. This has been a great channel up until now.

JO JO IN VT 💞

Amazing
Very nice Like it
Love it❤❤❤❤
what kind of insulation did they do, and is it vented?
Love it
What do you do for heat?
Love the cabin
He kept mentioning "index wall;" what does that mean?
Cozy
Isn't it to cold to have a out side shower
How many square feet is Persis?
256. I looked it up. Just Google "how big is Persis".
😊.
not very practical for winter months having the dang shower outside.. that kills it...
😊
👍🏻
How about tiny homes built into suvs and vans and cars?

@@ej3016 more breath adds variety and maybe more viewers. It’s her choice. It’s only an idea, not a demand
Lovely use of the shed/outdoor shower - kudos! /views - Fantastic! / However, nachos in a microwave is committing a sin. Sad. Poor, sad cheese :(
This is just an ad for his air b n b....
Mit "Tiny Haus" hat das ja nix mehr zu tun, nannte man damals Datscha.
So, he buys up all the affordable starter homes so that everybody is forced to rent?
Betcha there are more than 4 starter homes in Washington. 🙄
Um, why wasn't someone keeping the home? Not his fault.
It wasn't a home, it was just a shed. 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 You didn't listen to the video.
@@jamesengland7461It wasn't a home, it was just a bare-bones shed.
In any case, nowhere in the US is 256 square feet considered even a starter home. In most places here, it's illegal to live in a house that small full time.
Such houses are not tiny. i know a lot of regions where that's a normal size house.
Always someone who’s going to be negative.
@@kathyl5610 What are you talking about? Who said something negative?
Unfortunately where I live these are tiny! For some reason the powers that be require homes to be a minimum of 1,000 square feet. 😔
Ok, in which regions are houses smaller than this shed?
@@knofi7052You did. Right away with the whining.
$35k ?! GEEZE.
I mean yes it’s less than a house but it is definitely expensive. Most people still don’t have that kind of money lying around.
That's barely a down payment nowadays.

No not good for using the bathroom to shower & toilet in the outside cold 🥶🥶 or in the dark 🌑
better make sure you don’t go visit him in the cold weather then 🤣😂
Nah , it's a nah ...
