the best way they could add power into the game is through secondary effects imo. I feel like heka was such a great example of it, but so many OSRS players are used to just wanting more DPS and having nothing else but DPS in the game matter. Id love for them to get more experimental with gear and introduce new RPG elements to the game instead of same old same old teirscape design
Could potentially just give its old hp boost effect again to function as tank mage robes. It might open mage to being more viable for bossing since ancestral has practically no defense. When you mentioned the robes giving access to another spell etc., I instantly was thinking of miasmic barrage from back in the day. Badass spell, but probably a bit too op. I just want to see these robes on par with how torva/pernix are for the other styles.
I always thought of melee gear having the HP boost effect, but theres no real reason why it can't be on any other armour piece, would be interesting to see this used. Barraging for heals as tank mage, switching to magic robes to brew up etc. Cool idea!
Niche uses are still power creep. and preferred in my opinion. I'd rather have to make a decision when it comes to my gear rather than follow a tier system where the BiS is always the same. Boosts to ancient magiks will still be healthy powercreep is a significant area of the game, we just got the Shadow to buff anywhere that ancestral would be used instead. I'm pretty excited to see variety in high end mage gear, personally I'd love to see high prayer bonus and higher than usual defense bonus, with lower magic dmg%.
This is on its face pretty dumb, but also Nex was 100 percent the subreddits fault. They cried for days about the next rewards not being just straight up powercreep, and jagex decided to make them happy
@@JayJayH3424 You don't even like Nex and you're still defending it. How pathetic. All bosses minus Zulrah had better balance than Nex, it runs contrary to almost 10 years worth of PVM updates.

The occult necklace needs a sink. It's too cheap and easy to get be as bis as it is.
Give virtus an unfortified version like masori 😁
What graphic settings do you use?

Agree. I like your idea, would definitely be something different and fill an area not yet occupied.
How long do u stay at kephri for? thats crazy lol
Ha, you’ll see in a future video. It was done deliberately though
@@nairyhipples Is there a cap doing this or can one techincally stay there forever to farm points?
Powercreep wouldn't be a concern if Jagex knew how to handle it properly, which they don't. Nex being the most egregious example.
How do you handle it properly?
Another clown comment, they have done alot better job than most mmos

Pernix the inly one left and the golden age of tribrid will be back
Masori armour is the equivalent of pernix
@@cheesytuna8425 but it isn't pernix and doesn't look as good :(
Pernix can be an orn kit for masori, but jagex hates making good orn kits
