tfw, you live in New York City and the prices are **never** as low as what the internet claims.
just to give y'all an idea, a regular manicure is $40+ in NYC.
no extensions, no fake nails, no nail products. just a regular prep and condition prior to cutting off the cuticles and polishing. that's it.
a blow-dry is no less than $30. wash and cut, depending on where you go, $150-$250.
even Walmart prices are ridiculous in NYS (NYC doesn't have a Walmart), tho the closest one's are in NJ.
