Well, I recently bought a Rotary Super Seven from the UK for 250,-BP. It has a solid stainless steel bracelet with solid endlinks and a milled clasp as well as a (simple) diver's extension, sapphire crystal, ceramic bezel, screw down crown and 300m waterresistance, featuring the well proven miyota (citizen) 8203. I think it can very well compete with this seiko for around 500,- USD.
