Mount Washington Studio welcomes Ayla Tesler-Mabe

Mount Washington Studio welcomed guitar sensation Ayla Tesler-Mabe into the studio to rehearse in preparation for her Hollywood Rainbow Bar and Grill debut as part of Scoonie Gee and Friends Rock For Charity event for Kids Rock Studio. In this clip Ayla effortlessly rocks some guitar on the Santana classic “Black Magic Woman” with backing from Paul Cassarino from Trulio Disgracias on drums, Gail Sutton on bass and Scoonie Gee on vocals. Ayla is now in the popular band Calpurnia that features Finn Wolfhard from Stranger Things.

My relative’s have a house on Sunny Hights Drive, Mt. Washington.
When I was a kid we’d go to that Super A Foods on Division & Cypress.
It was a location in the remake of “a Star is Born” and maybe the Super A in Dinosaur Jr’s “watch the corners?” (If they made it in Hollywood)
I miss my grandparents. They’re buried at Forrest Lawn. I love LA!
So we should go out….I could give you lots of tips…Kind of like Floyd and Diane Court in say anything.
