I saw the big documentary on Shipman with the same reporter there. I hadn't seen her before and honestly didn't care for her. That hasn't changed.

There is actually a book called Doctors who kill. John Bodkin Adams was the first one I heard about.
I keep hearing this, "he had no remorse or regret whatsoever", or a variation thereof, said in a tone of shock. But people who are CAPABLE of feeling remorse or regret would NEVER do the kind of deliberate killing described. Isn't it obvious? How it can shock anyone is beyond me. We're not talking about someone accidentally making a mistake, these are serial killers. If they were capable of normal emotions like remorse and guilt, they wouldn't be serial killers.

What is anti-diabetes drugs? Insulin? Why not just say insulin?
They have oral drugs like Metformin that reduce blood sugars but isn’t insulin. There are also injection drugs like Victoza and Ozempics that help level blood sugars for those also on insulin. It’s a big business now and there are many many different drugs that are not insulin but help with blood sugars. I found out all this a few years ago when I got Type 2.
