You got very lucky with the doors as far as rust goes! Doors are the factory location for mirrors ! Getting closer every day can’t wait to see it painted….. keep at it Darren making real progress

Yeah, really lucky for rust on the doors. They are remarkably clean for their age and the lack of love the car has seen. Everything is fixable but its sure nice when things are good underneath!

great progress mate, those doord usaly rust out around the bottom and where the hinge attaches to the door

Just catching up on your videos. I am. Mitsubishi nut. It’s great to see you bringing some of the great old ones back. On this coupe they arrived in Australia withRH door mount mirrors only at first. Later models had both doors mounted mirrors. Keep up the great work.
