    The palm sugar we purchase is rock hard. I was wondering what brand of palm sugar do you use?

    • @WorldofThaiFood

      Hi there. The brand I use is Mitr Phol Sugar corporation (Thailand). Cane sugar and coconut sugar mix paste that comes in 1kg bags. Easy to use. Thanks for watching

    What would be a good alternative to sawtooth corriander?

    • @WorldofThaiFood
      @WorldofThaiFood  3 года назад +1

      Hi! The pak chee farang/sawtooth coriander is a key ingredient in nam tok due to its unique aroma so it’s not easy to substitute. If you can’t find it you could use coriander/cilantro however it won’t substitute it 100% due to its different properties. Hope you’ll find the sawtooth coriander next time. Happy cooking 🙏

      @@WorldofThaiFood thanks, I will try and find it in the UK, not heard of it until I watched your video. I made this recipe today with coriander stem and it was great anyway 😊🌶️

    • @WorldofThaiFood
      @WorldofThaiFood  3 года назад +1

      @@richardscott2491 thanks for trying my recipe! I’m sure you can find sawtooth coriander in Asian stores in the UK. I often find it in Sweden. Ask the shop keeper since sometimes restaurants buy bulk leaving nothing for ordinary consumers. Cheers 🙏
