    Thanks again for posting. I was wondering where the grease fittings were on the wheel axels and never thought to look on the side of the wheels. Both of mine were on the wheels themselves. Again thanks so much!

      Not a problem. I made the video for new cal trimmer owners as there is not really content online about greasing. Glad it helped 👍🏻

    Thanks for this video Dwayne. I’m still looking for videos on how to solve my issue with the reel and drive wheel engaging even when it’s not engaged.

      No problem. Also know that sometimes the zerk can turn and you may need to turn it back to tighten it but glad you enjoyed the video. Appreciate the support!!! 👍🏻

    Did my first oil change and greasing on my California Trimmer. Oil change went easy and so did greasing the front reel grease fittings. However, I could not get the grease gun to press onto the wheel zerk fittings. It is a new grease gun. Any suggestions?

      @dwaynesworldlawn  Год назад

      When setting the grease gun to the fitting i would try pull back on it to see if comes off easily. If so it not on the fitting enough to make a good seal. I generally have to rotate my grease gun to remove the hose from fitting. The only other thing i would try is to apply some forward pressure on the fitting and then squeeze the trigger on the grease gun. Hopes this helps

    Can you do a video on how to adjust the clutch and replace the belt?

      It’s a possibility. I am looking to possibly the belt and may need to adjust the clutch when putting the new belt on.

    How often are you changing the oil?

    • @dwaynesworldlawn
      @dwaynesworldlawn  Год назад

      Generally oil should be changed every 50 hours of use. Some people may not go 50 hours in a season so you can always change it once a season if that works for you. I sometime may change it twice a season just because it’s me. 😎

    Can the complete handle be removed so that the reel mower can be placed inside of a car? TIA!

      @dwaynesworldlawn  Год назад +2

      You can remove the handle assembly but the throttle cable and clutch cable may need to also be removed in order to complete remove the handle assembly. If you watch my cal trimmer handle ext kit video i show how to remove the handle assembly. Let me know if you have any other follow up questions. 👍🏻
