OMG....even tho this tut is 4 years old, it successfully completely changed my workflow...I was splicing segments and adjusting the time mapping on those segments and tried "frame blending" or optical flow and it never looked smooth enough. Thanks a mill for this tut!

By that I mean they take forever to get to point, and when they do finally get to the point they move so fast that you can't follow what is going on. This tutorial is excellent. I feel like I can recreate what you did quite easily.

...just the quick refrechment i needed...great! The question i get a lot from starters is...why is my (standard) transition not working or freezes in the middle.... you know what i mean, handles, not enough material to work with. Proxie-editing is also a nice one with 4k all over the place

You can use the rate stretch tool for that. First cut the audio on the start and stop of the speedramp and then stretch the audio over the duration of the slow-motion. Hope that this makes sense. :)
