Thanks in advance. LOVED this episode.
I'd love to hear more on post infection SIBO. I had c diff in 2018 off and on for 6 months and was diagnosed with post infection IBS, however I'm certain I'm dealing with Hydrogen Sulfite Sibo. I also had bariatric surgery in 2011, but the shit really hit the fan after the c diff.
I'm always dumbfounded by people who willingly choose to have their gallbladders removed without first researching the importance of this indespible organ.
I'm guilty as charged. I should have never let the cartels cut my gallbladder out. I've had major GI issues every since my gallbladder was removed. Doctors are scumbags
@@jamiehirschi2361mine was filled with stones, 2 stuck in bike duct, one was pretty large. I tried for a year to not have it removed but the last attack was the worst.
My gall bladder was removed over 25 years ago. I used to have problems with constipation. Recently, I'm having diaharrea. What changed that. What do I do? I've cut back on fats and dairy. I just started experimenting with Ox Bile.
Hi Dr Dinezza, I was wondering if it's possible to have both BAM and FM. My doc put me on bile salts because I was getting gallbladder pain which turned out to be sludge but now I have horrible diarreah which is the opposite of what my issue always was. I feel like when I stop the bile salts the inflamed gallbladder comes back but if I use them I'm in the bathroom as soon as I eat. Should I try enzymes along with them. I have ibs and mcas and have carnivore for the last 2 years
Hi Dr.DiNezza, you are the best!!!! Yes more information about Glp1 supplements, love the way you explain everything, thank you for sharing your knowledge, appreciate it thank you!!!😊have learn a lot from your videos.❤God bless you.! After breakfast I take for diarrhea one Imodium (loperamide), one hour later 150 mg of ox bile (one hour after meal) and then the cholestyramine 2 hrs after food, no more cholestyramine after the second meal, then the next day at 6 am on empty stomach I take one cholestyramine, don’t like to take cholestyramine because of the side effects and also has sucrose, you mentioned charcoal but how much charcoal should I take and I think is not for long term use, is there any other substitute for cholestyramine? Thank you!
My Sibo has caused Bile Acid Malabsorption, do I take the clay after I address the overgrowth or can I do both at the same time I’m at about 44ppm hydrogen, xifaxfian didn’t really do much so my doc recommended flagyl
This video is so easy to understand! Thank you! Concerning which category of bloating you fit in, what if you do not wake up bloated, but the standing upright starts the bloating to begin even before you eat?
I just want to stop crying. I've never been sick until menopause befell me: it's nothing for me like dancing around in a field singing "yay, no more periods". It's more like being imprisoned, and catching new charges everytime you go to chow, and it's more or less inadvertent, but you gotta eat, but you catch more time, but you gotta eat, but you catch more time, ad nauseum
I've also suffered from bile acid malabsorption which led to bile acid diarrhoea after I decided to embark on the Carnivore Diet. After doing some research, I discovered that since I have Crohn's Disease, my inflamed ileum is unable to re-absorb bile acids and therefore I would need to consume some form of bile acid binder. As it turns out, reincorporating low-carb vegetables (cabbage, broccoli, green beans, kale, spinach, etc.) into my diet seemed to do the trick (i.e. reabsorb the bile acids). If this worked me then chances are it will also work for you.
Such a great video! Just a question for BAM how long do you take the clay for is it a short term or long term thing? And lastly when is it best to take it at night or day or both ?
Blood sugar control huge for hypoglycemics who did not want to become diabetics! Glucosamine is supposed to help I'm so tired of supplements though so I have stopped it but I think I have to use it what do you suggest can't wait to hear. I just like to say this is a very explicit and I almost finally Know which problem I have with my Seebo and then just lately where bile could help. But I'm 70 and it seems like I'm just falling apart! Thank you for caring
I did a comprehensive stool test and it came back showing i have Maldigestion. More specific fat malabsorption. I tried taking enzymes but they make me sick. I wonder why
Please post more on GLP-1...I was on Victoza for 6 months and for the first time lost some weight -slow loss (15lbs).. However once I went off I gained weight back even by keeping the same diet..It was extremely costly because you have to titrate up for a good amount of time ($600/mo and most insurance won't cover-unless you have a pre-authorization) however, there are places to get liraglutide peptides which is the same formulation
Yes well i had no choice I did not have gallstones there was an issue between liver&gallbladder. And was juandiced .So had to have my gallbladder removed
The problem when you take bile salts with the food it’s not good because you will increase the stomach ph and you need low ph to digest so is not a good advice. You always have to take bile salts far from meals or after 60/90mts
Is it possible to have both these simultaneously? Have had both stool colors (we're in mustard yellow going back towards brown but not yet. Reason I ask is that I've had diarrhea, constipation and gas simultaneously.
When I consume sugar my fat malabsorption syndromes become 10x more severe plus bad motor diarrhea, I was on a fructose-free diet from 10 years ago till I tried a fat-free diet a week and all my syndromes are gone.
@@cosmichealth3907 yes, I had to eat small extra meals, Now my diet doesn't contain fructose, I no longer have a motor diarrhea, and my bowel inflammation seems to be healing.
Yes to the blood sugar issue. New listener - I think you’re onto something with this idea - you have studied a lot I have lived a lot. Thx
I’ve started having loose stools after fatty meals, nuts, healthy fats. Not sure which one of the causes you discussed apply to me. Thanks.

Yes, super interested in blood sugar control and how that interacts with gut issues! Would love to see content on that soon. Awesome channel, btw! :)
If u have BAM, try benefited or psyllium husk before meals. It’s a natural bile acid binder. Has completely irradiated some peoples issues

I had mine removed in the 1980;s at 18yo no choice ,did what the all-knowing assembly line DOCTOR told my parents
I'm guilty as charged. I should have never let the cartels cut my gallbladder out. I've had major GI issues every since my gallbladder was removed. Doctors are scumbags
Mine had gone septic and it was quite serious. Judge much? People are not having their gallbladder removed for fun. It's not a cosmetic surgery.

Is it best to follow a lower fat diet with BAM?
Can the use of probiotics actually lead to BAM or FM?

What natural things can we do to increase GLP1 production?

@Dr. DiNezza Is it possible to have both?
Have the same question.

@triangleguts what if you have fat malabsorption but enzyme tests, liver pancreas , Gb are in normal ranges ?
Where’s the enzyme that has a bit of everything from apex or another company that has these enzymes? Don’t see it in description.

Can you have both at the same time?😢
