Ok so I got this for my wife specifically for hummingbirds, but I put both feed in there and hummingbird nectar but there’s so many big birds that are coming in there to eat all of the food that I think it makes the hummingbirds kind of shy away from it but we are getting a lot of good shots. The Bird recognition leaves a little bit to be desired. It has yet to get the most simplest of birds like a red cardinal, or just a regular robin tells us that it’s some extravagant bird from Africa somewhere so that needs a little work.
I have to take myself out of the running. This would be a great gift for my dogs who love to hunt birds, squirrels, etc. So from the critters of my backyard, good luck to the ones who can really enjoy this device. 🐦 🦜 🚫 🐕 🐶
you want a bird feeder with a camera--not a smart bird feeder. it seems you don't want A live feed or the ability to watch on your phone, so any feeder with a camera that stores on an SD card will work.
This Piece of Shirt Bird Feeder has no local storage. You'll have to monitor it constantly to get any good video and then it stores on your phone. Oh, and it must connnect to your wifi so that it can be monitored by your phone which was a pain. It comes with a little SD card, yes, so that you can have cloud storage, which you can pay for. Or you have to have a large storage on your phone. Without local storage it's worthless. Forget the app, it's crap.
#BIRDCAM I thought there was a bird disease going around and we weren’t supposed to weed the birds. If I win I will be posting a sign next to the feeder alerting our feathered friends of the dangers of consuming seeds at this time. 👎🏻☠️🎚 There will also be a parrot on site 24/7 to translate for our feathered friends that can’t read. How about a camera bird feeder that does not need wifi or a cell-phone which I Do not have or need
