Also Balt, the head issue was discussed in the forums. There could be two ways to fix it: one (which was the case in my copy), is that the neck pegs close to the face, not the proper neck socket (the head socket kinda has an "8" shape). Snapping it in place should fix the issue. Another reason could be stress due to thick blue paint used on the head (the whole head is actually made of the same clear plastic used for the eyes then coated in paint). Rotating the head a dozen times should scrape the paint enough to improve articulation. Hope this helps!
I figured this out too, I just popped mine off and very carefully used isopropyl alcohol to remove the paint in the ball socket. now he can wiggle waggle his head all around. :)

I've said this on the tfw forums as well, but I really like this figure. The biggest problem in my opinion is the lack of paint. Overall the figure looks dull: the trailer is a dull gray (the Scourge repaint shows just how much better silver looks like), the eyes look dead (clear blue eyes on a blue face is a terrible combination), and many details are molded but would look much better with some paint. I custom painted mine, but I like this mold enough to buy another one if toyhax releases a good set for it.
Balt there is a peg for trailers on siege optimus, just flip open the panels on his knees before transforming and it reveals one, all the other optimuses with these legs have it too but others transform the legs in a different way and thus have an open peg in the centre
Came down here to say just that. You'd think that, since he actually _owns_ the toy, he'd know about the hole for the trailer on Siege Ops. I mean, fuck, the ER mold has it on the outside of the legs (because they're reversed). Didn't he ever wonder what the hell that was for? And it's not like it's hidden, it's right fucking _there_ for crying out loud. That's what pisses me off about some of these reviewers, it's like they don't even _try_ to figure shit out. It's probably even in the instructions. He's a nice reviewer and all, and I enjoy a lot of his videos, but it's rookie mistakes like these that really get under my skin.

I was fortunate enough to get mine at a local wally world and thankfully the abdominal section has only come off once and I haven't had any problem with the arms and after watching a few reviews and not touching the head because mine feels like it's a glued on But overall I love this thing it looks good in both modes the transformation is different even though I think if they had used the original G2 transformation we would have gotten a little bit more articulation and I use a weaponizer in place of the pathetic little gun that comes with
Just got this bad boy in the mail yesterday! I'm happy with my purchase, but I wish they found a different way to engineer the arms and pilons so he had batter articulation there. At least he looks good on the shelf with my Earthrise Optimus, Kingdom Rodimus, and my Generation Selects Super Megatron.
Got my Lazer OP and Coronation Starscream from target also! I was so surprised and excited to see them. Snatched them real quick. Unfortunately, I had some issues with Lazer OP... I was mostly bothered on how far his head sits back on his shoulders. Just weird. And of course his eyes too.

Being about 75% in every other dimension makes for probably half the volume and I know how that affects the look from 3D modeling stuff, but it's still jaring, especially standing next to Megs, who is a bit bigger than the original Hero Megs that is my mental comparison, and Jhiaxus who's also much beefier than this OP. He looks like the nerd standing between Hanz and Franz before they PUMP! 💪You up! "OP underpowered, plz buff!" - not something you hear often Well, I guess that's what weaponizers are for ;P
getting those shoulders back into the cab is a pain. you have to tilt the cab back at a diagonal angle and tuck the elbows down while you rotate in the shoulders to get clearance past those smokestacks. that was my experience with the scourge figure, anyway.
The head actually isn’t properly connected to the ball joint figure that out with my figure just recently. I have no issue with is head anymore since I popped back into place.
I feel like if the awful clear plastic for the weapons and eyes was different and they added some paint this figure could have been one of the best from the Legacy line, as it stands I will wait for the black repaint down the line
Not gonna lie I honestly would love to see this mold in either the Titans Return color scheme or even and I saw a reddit image of this figure remolded with the Bayformers color scheme and I thought to myself not only that be awsome but it makes sense because other than Armada Optimus this was the Optimus Prime that began the Non short nose Truck mode

Why on Earth do you people who complain about the figure's height ignore the nearly deluxe class's worth of accessory the trailer counts as? "He's the same height as a Voyager!" And so is the trailer he came packaged with. Why is size so important, anyway? No one seems to factor in articulation or transformation engineering, or in this one's case, THE ENTIRE TRAILER that would make him larger overall. I could understand wishing the trailer had more, definitely. I think I would have liked it to at least have an extra blaster or two to make the lil' turret platform mode work better, but you are definitely getting more in his box than just a Voyager figure and I wish reviewers like you would stop ignoring the other contents when complaining about the robot's overall height.
Afraid you're incorrect about the light piping. The whole back of the head is molded in clear plastic. What happened is that they painted over far too much of it for it to be particularly effective. Next time it pops off, place directly on top of your phone flashlight and you'll see those eyes glow brilliantly. (As it stands there is virtually no piping aside from two tiny lines. I made mine a bit better by scraping a bit of paint out of the other indentions_

I never did like Laser Prime much, I thought the mold was best suited for Black Convoy imo. I have the OG Black Convoy so thankfully I can skip all these. The OG is still a great figure and actually feels like a leader class, unlike this voyager.
I just can't care or want to buy any prime that doesn't have the trailer be part of the robot. Primes like 2000s r.i.d. and cybertron prime where the trailer becomes armor to a super form are amazing. Compare to those, a "base" trailer that just sits there...again I can never care for them.

looks nice & i like the shoulder mounted missile pods but other than that i am COMPLETELY ABSOLUTELY UNDERWHELMED! Let's start with the problems it has 1 the size it is small compared the original gen 2 & the year of the goat. 2 the price $45 & more plus sales tax is high compared to $20 to $25 plus sales tax for the original gen 2 back in 1995. 3 no play features, where''s the fun! this version has only turret gun & a claw arm compared to the gen 2 has light up effects & 5 missile launcher, 5 disc launcher plus a rocket launcher & the turret gun that if you put it in optimus prime's hand it lights up. the sword lights up and the headlights light up. the legacy laser optimus prime is an ABSOLUTE BAD JOKE AT BEST!
Want to like the figure but the reused hips downwards (lazy and inferior to Siege) and the flames (not G2, that is a movie thing and should stay away in favour of the gradient)

Ok to fix the head from popping off and to get you more movement is to attach the ball joint closer to the back of the head which will help immensely

The figure looks mighty fine, but the accesories... bleh. The trailer should turn into a bunch of weapons, not some lame-butt platform.
