How to replace the stock suspension on a 300ZX TT Z32 with Tein Flex Z coilovers.

My 1991 300ZX Twin Turbo has the original adjustable OEM stock suspension. After 32 years, it needed a refresh. This is a step-by-step on how to remove the stock suspension and how to install the Flex Z coilovers. Remember to set the preload and adjust the height to fit your specific vehicle. It’s smooth. Not too firm but no tire rub on bounces anymore.
