absolutely true, there are people selling real estate who haven't got a clue, no clear understanding of spanish language and more importantly no understanding of Dominican law, they are stealing a living and when it all goes wrong the client ends up losing. it's really important to check these people out, and please be aware there are a lot of them. DR property guy's have something that most do not have, and that is experience, absolutely priceless.
