Great questions and advice for anyone considering a move to the DR. We couldn’t be happier with our choice of location and most importantly being able to work with Tay and Phil. We spent many hours watching their videos which we really encourage you to do. Tay and Phil will not sell you BS to get a sale. They took the time to fully understand what we were looking for and guided us to the right location and property.
Another good one. I will be back min January. I want to say to anyone considering a Real Estate purchase or a sale on the North Shore you won't find many more honest and knowledgeable than these two. And they make it a fun process.

My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Tay and Phil recently (Nov 2024). We arranged a meeting with the full intent not to purchase but to learn the area and the various communities. Not only did the guys provide tons of info about the communities and Sosua, they arranged for us to tour NINE properties! They knew going in, we were not ready to make an offer on this trip, yet they wanted to make certain we saw all the areas. We are now able to pinpoint the community we feel fits us and plan to move within 6 months. They even took us grocery shopping! I highly recommend DR Property Guys to provide the insight we need to move from the U.S. to DR.
I have been following you all for a few years now. I love the content you put out. I wish I had used them to purchase my house. I am sure it would have been done right. And now I have some title issues I am still trying to resolve. We hope to buy something else and will only use DR Property Guys in the future. If you are thinking about buying property in the DR on the North Coast or wherever, trust them to do it right.
