Most common mistake is buying a property in a country of DOP with USD, you are literally buying a property for $150-200k on a country with low stability, no1 in death per automobile crash, zero security for your home, easy target for robbery… my logic is if a country where it’s own population can’t afford proper housing (take yourself through a little trip through Santo Domingo where people live piled up) is not worthy. If you pay that much down there you’re supporting a few rich and corrupted while the rest of that nation is poor, like reeal poor.
