It’s funny because I only play fallout and I really do think that new Vegas with mods is way better than fallout 4. New Vegas has a lot of spirit to it and with your usual assortment of performance stability mods is a much better experience than 4 can ever come up with. Also it always sells like 4 is just being modded into a new game where as new Vegas modding tends to focus less n keeping it in vein with the series. But that’s my little rant
Played this game in various stages of my life 😂 played fnv in high school, uni, research deployment, and now as an adult. Played all of any Fallout iteration. My favorite would be NV and Tactics for the story, factions, and overall theme. Also, i can't stand the radio in Fallout 3 and 4. For an outsider perspective like myself, the song list is annoying, but weirdly, the song list in NV is ok in my ears, i tried so hard to like Fallout 4 radio but i can't, except Red and his raiders radio.
If your playing Fallout play all the GOG versions it has the most support and doesn't need a lot of mods to remove glitches or fix performance unlike the Steam versions and GOG already has 4gb patch not like the Steam version and playing any Bethesda game on PC without mods is crazy also if you liked Fallout 4 you'll like Fallout 3 a lot because their similar but Fallout 3 is better than 4 story wise and at least tries to imitate Fallout 1 and 2 with similar themes and the tone of the game and Fallout 3 doesn't crash as much as New Vegas at least for my PC
Yeah, but follow the Viva New Vegas modding guide. Default FNV is an awful experience due to how buggy it is, and having a good computer can ruin it because it speeds everything up.
