i have a problem in performance issues i want to resolve all to clean my pc but anti-virus say buy first to resolve all can i resolve the performance issues without buying anything pls!! help me my pc is so slow...:(
yes you can resolve the slow problems! first remove all anti-virus programs downloaded from internet all of them you will find them all in "program and features" in control panel. Then if you have win 8 or 10 do a refresh of the system now if you have windows 7 then you must do a reset factory default setting this you will find on the computer makers website under "support" section. one more thing that might be causing that slow PC is the hard drive might be nearing end of life it might need to be replaced if it's over 3 years old then you must replace and if you can replace it with a SSD. try all the software options first.
