Thank you for the video. What did you think of the performance of the lens at f1.2? Was the sharpness as low as many reviews say it is? I noticed many images in the video was quite sharp, did you use f2.8 - f5.6 for those shots? Nice photos of Tokyo night scenery and people.😀
@@kiyo_snaps Wow, that's quite sharp! I'm thinking about getting this lens as a faster 50mm. I already have other f2 50mm summicrons. When used with night time photography like your photos, what do you think about the Noctilux 1.2 vs the Summilux ASPH 1.4 (new or old version ok)? By the way, thank you very much for taking the time to replay to my message about the aperture used in the video. I very much appreciate it. どうもありがとうございます。
@@jawnboost9126 Umm, that question is very difficult!! I have the 35mm Summilux, so I bought the 50mm Noctilux. It's fun when you're thinking about which lens to buy😆
@@kiyo_snaps Sorry for the late reply. Yea that that makes sense. The Summilux already has the clean modern image rendering. the 50mm Noctilux gives a different 'look' to the image. 50mm Summilux would be too similar to the 35mm summilux, compared to the 50mm Noctilux. I went to the store to try out the 50mm Noctilux on Friday, will see how I like the images over the weekend. I've also been watching your other videos on 28mm f5.6 summaron. Your images made me realise that the lens is pretty decent even under low light conditions. It is worth considering, given that it is very small and light. Thank you once again for your videos.
Oh yeah!!! Loving the 1.2 noctilux reissue myself!! Great video and images bro!! Keep up the excellent work!
Thanks bro!! I like noctilux too!!! I will continue to upload photos of other cities in Tokyo!

Thank you for your commnent!! Most of these photos were taken at F1.2. I think Noctilux's F1.2 is quite sharp!!!
