These guys process 500 pounds of dough every 20 minutes and seem to have fun doing it.
Ummm right out of the oven is when it is the very best. Try and get it home without eating it in the
car! Impossible! The start baking late and sometimes dont start till around Midnight and you are
welcome to watch them work and eat at the same time. Sorry no music provided :-) Filmed

omg , hey u really need a dough divider , a sheeter , 6 people working like in 1920 this company dont have any profit , the little cut with the plant is ilegal , u have to cut with knife nope rope nope plants, the trays are in bad conditions , i didint see the knreading machine , this break is more like french bread , my respect to the bakers that work so hard with minimun wages
El trabajo duro y rapidez no compensa con la falta de higiene. Necesitan usar guantes, y cubiertas de cabello. No me imagino comer un pan hecho de esta manera. Me encanta el pan cubano con mantequilla y el café a su lado, pero después de never visto este vídeo, mejor busco la receta y me lo hago yo misma. Ojalá que hayan cambiado la manera de hacer el pan tan delicioso. Bendiciones y cuídense mucho.

Here are the instructions for you: 1- get in car 2- drive to bakery 3- buy 2 loaves of bread
4- drive home 5- eat the one loaf you have left
Me llamo Nora he tratado de hacer pan cubano, pero no he podido hacerlo como es realmente el pan Cubano con la parte de arriba duro y el centro del pan hueco, me queda muy rico pero como si fuera pan frances la masa gorda y la parte de arriba suave, que debo hacer.

That is what I am saying. These people are not cooks. Maybe they make a few dollars more an hour doing this, but they do not make much. Even a cook in the USA does not make much money unless maybe he is at a nice restaurant. There are too many people who want these jobs and for many that is the only thing they can do. So they can easily not pay much to these people.
how come all the old cubans protest at the versailles whenever there is another opening with cuba. screw that freaking embargo. I don't see the chinese or anyone else complaining about the country they came from and that we should start up an embargo or whatever.
+Dean Wilson It is really too long to write on here, but I would strongly suggest researching what happened to "all the old cubans" and their families while they were in Cuba before and during the Revolution, how they came to the US, and what Cuba is still doing to them. In my opinion, and may others it is not a stupid outdated embargo it really represents a lot more to us.
@6:28 watch the 3rd guy with the hairy ass arms using his arms to flatten the bread . Yea, pretty sure hundreds of people have gotten bread with hairs from him and probably hairs from others.

I work in a bakery and saw at least 4 Health Code Violations.
It's not Cuban bread unless there is some Cuban in it.
Horrible organization to work , talking all over , not cover their hair and mouth. Just like whatever . Skill ! Whatever! That's not the right way to put it together pulling the dough and folding it like that , not wonder look so ugly the final product. The machine that mix the ingredients most be doing a good job . That business could do better probably if they care better for the job they're doing . I'm afraid that if bread dough falls on the ground , they will pick it up.
